    This is because I am Fat.
    When I get thinner it will be more difficult to lose weight.

    I went to the store and spent 17 dollars for produce.
    Pretty much bought everything as Day 1.
    Less Celery this time, more Kale.

    My wife helped me along today and was easier.
    We pressed out 120 ounces of Juice and bottled up 90 ounces.
    I will drink it throughout the rest of the day.
    We also pressed Grapefruit and Orange making 24 ounce of Juice.
    We split that so I drank 12 ounces.

    Total Consumption for the Day so Far.

    24 ozs of Hot Water mixed with lemon, sriracha and fish sauce.
    16 ozs of room temp water with lemon and lime
    12 ozs of Fresh Grapefruit/OJ combination
    30 ounces of Fresh Juice (Live/Raw)


    I plan to finish out the other 66 ounces which will put me just over a gallon of Juice.

    Personally I like the taste of all the juice that I drink/make at home. I have gone in some shops that use baby carrots and that juice doesn't taste so good. I read some things that say you shouldn't juice baby carrots in general. The thing about the Norwalk is the grinding and pressing/filter process is supposed to make the juice taste better somehow. I find that if you don't like the taste of the juice you just need to add more apples or maybe a lemon. If you juice Garlic like I do you will find a very strong garlic taste so if you don't like Garlic don't put it in because no matter what juice you make with garlic they will all taste the same. That same idea or theory goes with Ginger. Ginger and Garlic is supposed to do the body wonders and in juice form you can get much more of it down. I eat both minced up with raw honey but it isn't as easy to put down.

    A simple juice that tastes good is Carrot with some apple. Pretty Sweet tasting. You don't have to worry about getting sugar though because juice has a lot of it but it is natural sugar. You will find a huge debate on juicing and all the sugar with juicing and if it is good for you or not.

    If your into drinking some coffee daily for the supposed benefits you shouldn't put any sugar in it. If you must you should use raw honey or at least real honey. 75% of Honey in grocery stores isn't actually honey. The first 3 days I drank black coffee but since day 4 I have had no coffee cravings and since it is better to get off of caffeine in general I am now abstaining from it but I haven't ruled it out. It is controversial and one can flip flop on the theory many times after researching it. I tend to believe it does more harm than good. If you are drinking decaf it is supposed to be even worse for your body. An individual has to do their own research and what they believe in best for themselves. The WoVers are saying that eating Pork Rinds and Burgers is great unless you eat the bread. Those diets or strategies actually are nothing new. They have been around a long time but in the last 20 years have had a resurgence.

    The reason I like juicing the best is because it is basically tricking your body. You are getting all the nutrition that you would get from eating whole foods without the processing. You can consume large quantities of juice that inject your blood stream immediately since your body doesn't have to break down the food. If you drink enough of it and water daily you won't have much problem with hunger. However, you have to have your mind right. If you aren't dedicated to not eating you won't make it. Also once you are done with your 3/7/14/21/30/60/100 day juice fast/feast you have to completely change the way you eat or you will just gain the fat back. I did that last year. I got down to 215 which is good for my height. I was on a change but I didn't want to change anymore. I wanted to eat Alfredo, Burgers, Burritos, Cake, Ice Cream, Ice Cream, Ice Cream and all sorts of other things like Cheese. I wish we could have real cheese here in the states. The cheese we eat is dead. Raw Cheese is the real deal.

    My plan here is 30 days but I am leaning on 60 to 100 days. After that I am going to restructure what I eat and how much and use light work outs 3 times a week or so. I will also implement a 21/7 day routine or something like that where I eat 21 days and fast 7 days every month. We will see if it will last or I can make it because I am going to keep posting about it as long as I am allowed and this site exists. My main problem is the buffets and steak houses and other comps that I have. I gave a ton of them away already zeroing me out but I keep earning. When I go take the family to dinner it doesn't bother me that I am only drinking lemon water. It actually bothers the people I am with more than myself.

    They approved it but Governor Sandoval vetoed it.

    On May 28, the Nevada Senate approved a bill that will legalize the sale of raw milk in Las Vegas and across the state.
    The bill passed the Assembly on a unanimous vote on April 22, and was given a “do pass” by the Nevada Senate Committee on Health and Human Services on May 16.
    I think this was in 2013.

    On day 5 I never juiced again and just drank some water with lemon and some hot water with L/S/F again.

    2 days of the Wall with no weight loss.
    The Wall is Strong but will be broken soon.
    I believe this is from rapid weight loss and the body will adjust.
    My average when doing this is .75 - 1lb of weight loss per day in the long run.

    Since I only put down 52 ounces of Juice yesterday I Juiced everything left in the fridge today.
    The total amount juiced today was 114 ounces.
    I drank 66 ounces so far and will drink the last 48 ounces soon.

    Broke through the wall but not much.
    Lost one pound in the last 72 hours.

    I went shopping and got the usual for 28 dollars.
    I should be stocked up for 3 days.
    I haven't been drinking as much water.
    I drank 30 ounces so far today.
    I cut the coffee out for the time being, 3 days now.

    It took 3 hours of shopping, prep, juicing and clean up.
    I chugged down 60 ounces and put 32 ounces in the fridge for later.
    I decided not to buy beets since they went up in price and were very small sized.
    I bought more spinach than usual to compensate.
    I put two cucumbers in the freezer to get cold but forgot about them.
    Here is the list of what I juiced today.
    I am also updating the total amount consumed this week.

    Also 12 ounces of Room Tap Water straight up!
    I juiced about the usual and totaled out at 130 ounces.
    I drank 60 ounces down in about 10 minutes or so.
    I gave 10 ounces to the Uncle.
    I will finish the other 60 ounces through the day.

    I was pretty busy today so I didn't juice as much.
    I drank a bunch of hot water and room temp water in the morning.
    I did juice up some Oranges and Grapefruits.

    I had to do things like: Smog Check, DMV, Car Wash, Doctor Appt. for the Uncle,
    Go to the Rio to deposit a bunch of Online Money, 3 hours of Shopping at Stores... etc etc.

    I got around to juicing at about 8pm.
    I went mostly straight Carrot with Ginger and Apple.
    I was able to press 60 ounces of juice.

    Last night was the first night I was wired.
    I always seem to not be able to sleep over 4-6 hours once this kicks in.
    I slept 6.25 hours last night.
    I didn't start any juicing until about 8 hours after wake up.
    I juiced out a Green Juice and drank 51 ounces.
    I forgot to add the Ginger Root.
    I have to go shopping now for produce since I am plum out.

    Not long after I consumed that concoction I had a regular bowel movement.
    I find it strange when I defecate a regular amount like that after not eating anything for 10 days.
    I am hoping it is old waste coming out. No bad odor or bad color on this so it couldn't be something that old.
    The last time I did a 21 day Juice Fast last year I had black olives come out around day 15.
    They must just keep rolling around your colon. I need to chew better when I get back to actually eating.

    I was reading about Sriracha last night.
    Turns out it has Sulfur and another bad preservative.
    It can actually cause damage to the brain and nervous system.
    I am going to cut it out completely. Cayenne instead.
    I know if that doesn't kill you the smog will but trying to eat less poison from now on.

    After I run up to the store and back I will Juice a Carrot Medley for Dinner.
    I am making the Uncle Lentil Chili for Dinner since I have left over ground beef.
    I will update Day 10 Later this evening.
    I have a ton of Energy today.

    Congrats on your initial success monet. First question: Are you hungry? I am guessing this diet isn't leaving you feeling very full.

    Seems like jumping in to it like this might not be completely healthy or safe. If it was anyone else, I would ask if you checked with your doctor first. With you....no need to ask that. lol So I will just wish you continued success and hope you achieve your goals and desired out come. Please continue to keep us updated. I am sure others are following along as well.

    This guy went 382 days on a liquid diet.
    As I have said a few times... No Hunger. I am drinking 1 to 2 gallons of liquid a day.
    I never feel hungry. Once your body starts to use its fat reserves you pretty much lose hunger.
    Hunger in itself, like most anything, is in the mind.
    Eating is basically another form of pleasure.
    Pleasure most likely will be abused.
    I have been a pleasure addict my whole life.
    Time for a change. Going to get into Fruitarianism after this Juice Fast.

    Much easier to have one and bottle everything up.

    After thinking and reading up about the choices I will be transitioning into a light fruit diet after my Juice Fast. After a week or so of the Fruit Diet I will change up my eating habits to a Raw Vegan Diet. I think it has a better balance compared to a Raw Fruit only Diet. I will also incorporate daily Juicing. I will set up a Fasting Schedule for the month as well incorporating No Food or Water 3 day Fasts, 5 day Water Only Fasts and of course longer Juice Fasts. I noticed if you have the time and ability in the kitchen you can really make delicious food that is Raw Vegan. I will have to buy some more kitchen gadgets which I will obviously drive myself insane with. I notice that I will need some sort of vegetable spiralizer. I most likely will buy one of those Vitamix Blenders as well if I can convince myself that I need a 300-600 dollar blender.

    I notice these Vegans are all into the "Organic" craze and that is fine but I most likely will not get into it that hardcore. I would if I lived on a Farm and could grow my own vegetables so I had control. I will check out the Farmers Markets again and see if they are worthwhile. If not I will just eat those GMO/Poison Vegetables which has to be better than putting Coca Cola, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Mass Produced Ice Cream and all the other poisons into ones body.

    Great thread Monet: I'm about 40 above my playing weight. I lied, it's 49 but 40 sounds better. You are motivating me.

    My lady is in healthcare. There is a 3 day diet to lose 10 pounds. They put patients on it before surgery. If you or anyone is interested I will get the info from her (carefully worded, of course) and post it.

    As my philosoher friend put it watching women at the dessert bar. It's not the weight that measure a woman. It's the number of ax handles across her ass that matter. Crude, sorry!

    The military diet plan involves a 3-day meal plan followed by 4 days off that will lose you 10lbs in 3 days.

    Not for me but it does work and it is said to be scientific and been around for some time.

    If you want to lose weight and keep it off you have to change your eating habits and you should exercise more.
    Juicing is my preferred method because it gives you fast weight/fat loss without missing out on the nutrition.
    Of course this is controversial and can be debated. An individual has to make their own decisions.
    I am not for any diet that says you can eat all the meat you want but not carbs.
    However if that works for that individual than so be it.

    I am actually pretty hyped up about getting into a raw vegan diet though.
    I am studying on how to make almond milk and soy milk and things like that.
    The recipes are endless and have plenty of flavor.
    Tofu seems to be the mock alternative to meat or cheese.
    I have made Tofu dishes before and I swear depending on the dish it can taste just like cheese or eggs.
    The truth is Tofu can be made to taste like whatever you want it to if you know how to cook and prepare it.
    I will make the Traditional Turkey this year for my Uncle but I am going to make a Tofurkey from scratch with store bought Tofu.

    I have no desire to eat and am enjoying the Juicing and break from eating heavy.
    However studying up on all these Raw Vegan recipes is hyping me up.
    It will be fun to make dishes that look like the old ways but are completely different.

    Currently researching blenders. I hate having so many choices.

After a week or so of the Fruit Diet I will change up my eating habits to a Raw Vegan Diet. I think it has a better balance compared to a Raw Fruit only Diet. I will also incorporate daily Juicing. I will set up a Fasting Schedule for the month as well incorporating No Food or Water 3 day Fasts, 5 day Water Only Fasts and of course longer Juice Fasts. I noticed if you have the time and ability in the kitchen you can really make delicious food that is Raw Vegan. I will have to buy some more kitchen gadgets which I will obviously drive myself insane with. I notice that I will need some sort of vegetable spiralizer. I most likely will buy one of those Vitamix Blenders as well if I can convince myself that I need a 300-600 dollar blender.
    You can save a bunch on a Vitamix by buying a refurbished one from the company via their website. They are completely guaranteed. I am not sure how the prices compare to new today as it was a couple of years ago when I looked into it. Back then the savings was substantial. I didn't end up buying one as I got a new one through a casino giveaway.

    We have a manual spiralizer....I don't know if they have automatic ones but if they do consider it because it takes a lot of cranking. Zucchini "pasta" is quite good. The challenge, at least for the manual one we have, is that you need fairly straight and proportioned zucchini for it to work right. Not a huge deal but you have to be picky about your vegetables.

    Also on farmers markets...it took me some research and a few experimental visits to find a good one in my area that's become my weekly go to. For your juicing it probably doesn't make much of a difference, but for eating nothing beats freshly picked lettuce, greens, beets (with the greens). https://www.ams.usda.gov/local-food-...farmersmarkets is quite helpful.
