I didn't end up buying one as I got a new one through a casino giveaway.

We have a manual spiralizer....I don't know if they have automatic ones but if they do consider it because it takes a lot of cranking. Zucchini "pasta" is quite good. The challenge, at least for the manual one we have, is that you need fairly straight and proportioned zucchini for it to work right. Not a huge deal but you have to be picky about your vegetables.

Also on farmers markets...it took me some research and a few experimental visits to find a good one in my area that's become my weekly go to. For your juicing it probably doesn't make much of a difference, but for eating nothing beats freshly picked lettuce, greens, beets (with the greens). https://www.ams.usda.gov/local-food-...farmersmarkets is quite helpful.
I have been reading about blenders for two days. Actually 6 months ago I studied up on them but decided to just buy an old 25 dollar stand by because it works great for the price and I wasn't using it for greens. Mostly I have it to cream soups or 1/3 of a batch of lentils. When I remodeled the downstairs floor I didn't realize the dust that would be created by taking out the old tile. Needless to say it was a mess that I spent a few days cleaning over and over to get all the dust out. I ended up throwing most things away. I threw my immersion blenders away so I will need to buy another.

I am thinking I like the Blendtec style over the Vitamix. They have the refurbished option as well saving you about 100-125 dollars. What I like about them is how Tom Dickson made this youtube video explaining how evil Vitamix is copying his Wildside Jar. I like the Wildside Jar because it doesn't need a plunger. I guess Vitamix had to pay him a bunch of money after the lawsuit. He ends up actually blending the Vitamix Plunger in his Blendtec Blender LOL!! Plungers are for toilets!

I might not even go with a Super Blender. I am going to need a Food Processor so instead I may just use the Processor and transfer the food into the blender adding a little liquid. I will figure it out either way or at least what works best for me.

I might skip the vegetable spiralizer. I have used a good peeler on vegetables to make flat ribbons or noodles which works fine. Still undecided. About the Farmers Markets here in Vegas. They aren't so great. I think you have to catch them in the spring and fall. The one I used to go to all the time about 8 years ago would have vendors or farmers that would drop off at the Casino and bring the rest over to the market. Fresh Produce from California but it isn't like back east where you are basically picking the vegetables. Still good though and you can get Organic or at least they say it is. They used to have a lady who grew tomatoes which were great but 4x what you would pay at the store. Of course Tomatoes in the store are gassed and fake.

I find this Vegan choice to be interesting. It will take some work to get used to but I have always enjoyed cooking and cooking from scratch. This is one example how they change food to look and taste like the real thing but without the bad stuff. I notice the food can be very vibrant if you know what to do and have the time. I have no hunger and feel great. I have no desire to break my fast and I am most likely going longer than the original 30 days but I am excited to get in the kitchen and learn how to make things like this Creamy Butternut Squash Lasagna.

I think I will start making these recipes for my family and not tell them it is Vegan and see if they like it or not. This will be good for my uncle to give him more healthy options and I can practice. It will be fun for me to see how close to the professional pictures I can get with this menu. I was also reading about a cream sauce that is made out of citrus salsa juice blending with cashews and lemon. Supposed to taste great and creamy. I also seen a GRATEABLE VEGAN PARMESAN CHEESE that is made from cashews, lemon and vinegar basically and that is it!

After reading more and more about these two blenders it appears the Vitamix could be better with the plunger. Especially when dealing with all things frozen. Nut Butters seem to be better as well with the Vitamix since you don't have to change Jars.

I can't give you much input on the Vitamix because we hardly use it. I really need to start using it more because I think it could help us be healthier about things - like making nut butters rather than buying jars of peanut butter.
For grab and use general blending I still default to my basic cheapo Oster. When I break one I keep the parts that work and then use them on the next one as things break. I've been lucky lately as I've had the new spare in the closet for almost 3 years now. You can usually find them cheap around the holidays - I paid $9.99+tax for the one in the closet - so I don't mind that they don't last forever and like that they keep the parts consistent.

We aren't vegans but we eat a lot of vegan meals. If you are concerned about other things on the nutritional panel (calories, sugar, salt, etc.) be careful with the recipes that are designed to create dishes that taste like things that have meat in them. There are so many things you can make that are good in and of themselves and are healthy and filling as well as being natural.

I personally think you're better off with the ribbons rather than the spiralizer. While it's worked out for us sometimes, other times the spirals have just disintegrated in cooking anyway so you end up with a pile of mush after all that work. It is quite the fad though lately. The grocery stores here sell stuff already spiralized in foam trays at a considerable markup over the cost of the whole vegetable, and have been for months, so I'm assuming people must be buying it.

The ribbons have always worked great for me but it is always a quick blanch in boiling water and back out in an ice bath to shock the vegetable and cooking process. I use a large pot and put the ribbons in a strainer. The more I study up on it the more I think the Vitamix is better. I would use it once or twice a day when I get back to eating. I don't really want to make food that tastes like meat but I don't mind tofu and it is interesting in what you can do with it. Most of what I am reading up on or posting is things that look mock but are made from sweet potatoes or something like that. I notice that dates and figs are what they use in most things to bring the sweetness. I also notice that nut pastes are the go to for fillings and to make things with a creamy texture or taste. I am not worried about the salt or other factors. I enjoy sour over sweet and I have a hard time with anything too sweet. My plan is to eat raw mostly and small portions. I will blend and juice as well. I seen on WoV they were debating about how it is easier for skinny people or they were arguing about fad diets and weight watchers. The Tiger was on the mark when he posted up about it isn't about losing 50lbs and after that going back to the junk food. It has to be a complete change in dietary habits. I plan to cut out all meats. I am a little tossed up about fish. If fish was good enough for Jesus... well you understand. However I plan to keep it very high vegan and for the start I will go 100% Vegan and keep it Raw. Play it by ear from that point on. Thanks for the input and keep it coming!

    Day 13

    Juice Fasting Plan
    -------------------
    Any Juicer will do
I am using a Norwalk Juicer
    30 Days of Fresh Juice
    Water (lemon)
Hot water (salt, Cayenne and lemon)

Total Financial Cost Since Day 1
    -----------------------------------
    $93 (Produce Only)
$340 Year Supply of Australian Spirulina (Optional)
    $410 Total Expenses

    Time Spent since Day 1
    29 hours

    Starting Weight From Day 1
    276lbs

    Day 13 Weigh In (288hrs)
    258lbs

    -----------------------------

I woke up after 6 hours of sleep on the nose.
I wanted to lay back down but it is impossible to sleep.
It is good though because I am getting Honey Do's Done.
I juiced up 3 Tangerines and a Red Grapefruit
I was able to get 18 ounces of juice after I strained all the pulp out.
I find myself not very thirsty and haven't drank anything else.
I will have some water in awhile.
I plan to juice out the fridge again today and go shopping tomorrow.
Most likely will get 80 ounces or more for the day.
Everything is going according to plan.
It seems I am down 18 pounds from my starting weight.
We seem to be creeping towards that 1lb loss a day number.
I expect it to be under 1lb a day in the end but we will see.
    I expect another wall soon.

I still have plenty of time on this fast so I don't have to worry about buying the appliances right away.
Although the sales are coming up for Labor Day so it might be the right play now to buy.
I may buy two Blenders in case of a breakdown.
This way if I have to send something back I will have a backup.
It seems excessive or expensive but once I get into the blending side of things it will be useful insurance.
Unlike most of the Insurance people try to sell you and you never use.
I would rather buy two units than an extended warranty on anything.
I also need to get a Food Processor and some other things.

It seems my Spirulina is on back order or something.
My card hasn't even been charged yet.
I sent the company an email and no response yet.
Bastards are going to make me call them in Australia.
I will actually have to pay for an international call, I think, making my costs go up... MotherF----!

I am driving myself insane once again with blenders!
I have done this before and bought the 25 dollar Hamilton Beach as I ordered another Double Cheeseburger.
I forgot about the Waring Blenders. They have Stainless Steel Jars.
That is a big plus but the warranty isn't as long or as friendly as the Vitamix.
I really like the idea of Stainless Steel though.
I am going to need two anyways so I might just by one of each.
I am a lunatic for sure.
    ------------------------------

    Day 13 Addition

I juiced off 50 ounces of a Combination Juice and drank it all down.
I am planning on a Dinner Juice but usually I don't follow through.
Trying harder to get it done this time though.
This is what I juiced up...
I forgot the Ginger and Garlic this time.

    2.5lbs Peeled Carrots
    8 ounces of Spinach
    2 Lemons
    1 Cucumber
    Half a Stock of Celery
    1 Parsley Bunch
    1 Broccoli Crown

    Thanks a lot Forum LOL!!
Now I find out that Vacuum Blending has been around for awhile now and is supposed to be superior to all these other blenders.
Where were all you Dipshits on that one?

    Day 13 Third Installment

    Let's talk Blenders again lol!
I remember why I gave up on them last year and got into juicers.
It is because of the difference in how the body has to break down the fiber compared to juice.
Juice is much easier and faster to absorb into the bloodstream. Almost Instantaneous.
I also forgot that high speed blenders have a problem with Teflon Flaking and Lubricant Leaks.
I may just skip the Blenders. I found out I can mix nut butter and add water to that and blend it in the cheaper blender.
I can make all the nut butters in my Norwalk Juicer actually.
It also can make flours. and Ice Creams and what not.
I did buy a food processor that is pretty middle of the road.
14 cup Cuisinart and since I had 80 dollars of Kohls Cash I got it for 120 dollars.
I also earned 40 back in Kohls Cash so that is a plus.
I am sure I will change my mind next week though.
    -----------------------------------------

I ended up pushing myself and juicing the rest of the veggies in the fridge.
I juiced off 54 ounces and drank it down in 8 ounce glasses or so.

    2.5lbs of Peeled Carrots
    8 ozs of Spinach
    2 Cucumbers
    2 Lemons
    1 Garlic Bulb
    1 Ginger Root
    1 Parsley Bunch
    1 Broccoli Crown
    Half a Celery Bunch

    Not too bad though.
That last bunch of produce lasted me 4 days for 23 dollars.
Less than a 6 dollar a day average. Pretty Strong IMO.
93 Dollars so Far in 13 days. I'll let you do the math.

We have a Cuisinart food processor. Actually we have 2. We have a smaller one we bought, and then a bigger one that we currently use (not sure if it's the same size as your new one) that was another casino prize I picked up. It makes many things easier, like hummus.
Which reminds me of something else that might be helpful. When you go to eating vegan, beans are much easier to do in batches. Yes you can just buy cans, and I do do this also for convenience and always have some in my pantry (Costco has 8 packs very reasonably priced). I like to do a couple of pounds at a time in my big soup pot through the whole long soak process and cook then I freeze them in 2 cup batches in freezer bags. You can use a foodsaver but I'm cheap so I use good freezer bags - if you have Gorton Food Service stores where you are their store brand ones are loads better than Ziploc and Glad - and use a straw to help press the air out. Stack them flat in the freezer and they don't take up much room so even if you just have a refrigerator/freezer and not a separate freezer like I do it is totally doable. For soups I just throw them in frozen but for hummus I usually soak the bag in water for a little while and they defrost quickly.

    Thanks for the Tip pkspins.
    I do love Hummus!
I rarely buy canned beans as well.
I am a control freak so I like the dry ones to control the salt content.

    Day 14

    Juice Fasting Plan
    -------------------
    Any Juicer will do

    30 Days of Fresh Juice
    Water (lemon)
Hot water (salt, Cayenne and lemon)

Total Financial Cost Since Day 1
    -----------------------------------
    $121 (Produce Only)
$340 Year Supply of Australian Spirulina (Optional)
    $438 Total Expenses

    Time Spent since Day 1
    33 hours

    Starting Weight From Day 1
    276lbs

    Day 14 Weigh In (312hrs)
    256lbs

This is a 20lb loss in 14 days.
You can do this and lose weight fast.
However, if you want to keep it off you have to change your Dietary Eating Habits.
You can cheat if you want but better to get serious and just change the way you eat.
You have to give up the beer, alcohol, burgers, fries and shakes.
Better to learn how to make black bean burgers or lentil burgers.
If you have to eat meat... eat fish instead.
They say on WoV that it is too expensive but I am going to demonstrate that it is cheaper or the same.
Unless you are eating the dollar menu for breakfast lunch and dinner that is but that can add up as well.
15 dollars a day times 30 is still 450 dollars.
As I go along we will have to do some financial challenges and see what is really possible.
I am guessing that you could eat healthy and have a 2000 calorie daily intake for 5 dollars a day or less.
10 dollars a day would be even easier.

    ------------------------

I went shopping and spent 28 dollars total.
This should bring me up to Wed. or Thur.
I juiced a large batch after I came home.
I ended up getting 94 ounces total.
I drank down 54 ounces as I juiced it.
I stored the rest and will drink it within the next few hours.

    5lbs Peeled Carrots
    6 Celery Stalks
    4 Kale Leaves
    2 Peeled Fuji Apples
    2 Peeled Cucumbers
    2 Lemons
    1 Lime
    1 Garlic Bulb
    1 Large Ginger Root
    1 Parsley Bunch
    1 Peeled Beet

The pros say it is a good idea to squeeze some lemon or lime juice in your glass before you drink which i do.
I ended up using 3 more limes. It is good to add more when you store the juice to preserve it.
Here is a picture of what the pulp looks like after being pressed.
You can see all the juice cakes that it creates. Ducks won't even eat this because the nutrition has been all taken out.
I think that is why they won't eat it. It seemed the minnows ate it.

    Day 15

    Juice Fasting Plan
    -------------------
    Any Juicer will do
I am using a Norwalk Juicer
    30 Days of Fresh Juice
    Water (Lemon)
Hot water (Himalayan Pink Salt, Fresh Jalapeno or Serrano and Lemon)

Total Financial Cost Since Day 1
    -----------------------------------
    $121 (Produce Only)
$340 Year Supply of Australian Spirulina (Optional)
    $438 Total Expenses

    Time Spent since Day 1
    35 hours

    Starting Weight From Day 1
    276lbs

    Day 15 Weigh In (336hrs)
    256lbs

    ----------------------------------

I figured another wall was on the Horizon.
I hit another one but still losing rapid weight at 20lbs in 15 days.

I decided to do some things different today.
I have been practicing some breathing exercises.
    Yoga calls it 1/4/2.
You take a deep breath and hold it 4 times as long as it took to take in.
You let it out twice as long as you took it in.
So 3 seconds in would be 12 second hold and 6 seconds of release.
Who F-ing knows if it is good or works or no.
However I do believe we should take in more oxygen and that can help.
I also did some sun bathing which in Vegas I can do all year round.
About 30 mins of 3 Ten Minute Sessions.

I changed up how I usually Juice and Consume.
I am making smaller batches and drinking less on the hour or hour and a half.
I juiced 10 ounces of Tangerine and Grapefruit.
    Strained and drank that.
Waited an hour and Repeated the Process.
Waited 1.5 hours and juiced off a Carrot/Green Medley.
I drank the first 16 ounces and stored the other 25 ounces in the fridge for consumption.
This will take 2 or 3 juicing sessions but the vitamins will be better and blood absorption could be better as well.
No proof but it is thought that smaller doses won't run through the body like larger doses will.
This should give you more nutrition.

    10 Peeled Carrots
    1 Peeled Cucumber
    1/2 Parsley Bunch
    1/2 Broccoli Crown
    1 Peeled Fuji Apple
    1 Lemon
    1 Garlic Bulb
    1 Ginger Root
    3 Kale Leaves
    3 Celery Stalks

    This made 41 ounces.
I haven't been posting about my water consumption.
I have drank on average about 24 ounces a day.
My water consumption has dropped dramatically.
I suppose it is because I am drinking about a gallon of juice a day.
My System is hydrated enough I would gather.

I know I am going to change my Dietary Habits.
I am still undecided about cooked food.
It appears that heated food is harder to digest.
It also appears that when you move to cooked food you will gain weight/waste faster.
You will also keep it on since the waste gets lodged in your system easier.
All highly debatable and I think an individual has to make their own choices.
This is because each individual case is dramatically different.
What works for me, might not work for you.
Best to pick and choose and do your own plan.
The important thing is to change your life and habits.
Shoot for Waste Size over Weight.
However, they do go hand in hand.
My main Goal is 36 inch waste and 215lbs
I started at 44 inch waste and 276lbs.
Currently I am at 42 inch waste and 256lbs.
It is a good 2 week start.
I most likely will be going longer than 30 days.
After the 30 day mark I will be able to decide further.
I will have more data to make a decision at that time.
It is only 15 more days. I am at the Half Way Mark today!

    Consumed so Far Today
20 ozs of Grapefruit and Tangerine Juice
    16 ozs of Carrot/Green Medley
    12 ozs Water with Lemon

    Day 15 Update

    So I did another session.
Three would be a bit too much for me with this type of juicer.
I pressed out 52 ounces and drank 16.
Waited an hour and drank another 8.
I will drink 12 now as I head out.
Come back in an hour or so and drink the last 16 ounces for the day.

    20 Peeled Carrots
    1 Peeled Cucumber
    1/2 Parsley Bunch
    1/2 Broccoli Crown
    1 Peeled Fuji Apple
    1 Lemon
    3 Kale Leaves
    4 Celery Stalks

I need to start doing Wheatgrass shots.
Not sure how much. This would mean I would have to grow it at home or...
I would go to LVAC and get a few ounces a day.
I think they are a dollar a shot which is expensive compared to growing it.
Either way I need to implement it. I could go with the powder if I am lazy.

    Consumed on Day 15
20 ozs of Grapefruit and Tangerine Juice
    93 ozs of Carrot/Green Medley
    20 ozs Water with Lemon

    Day 16

    Juice Fasting Plan
    -------------------
    Any Juicer will do
I am using a Norwalk Juicer

    Water (Lemon)
Hot water (Himalayan Pink Salt, Fresh Jalapeno or Serrano and Lemon)

Total Financial Cost Since Day 1
    -----------------------------------
    $121 (Produce Only)
$340 Year Supply of Australian Spirulina (Optional)

    Time Spent since Day 1
    37 hours

    Starting Weight From Day 1
    276lbs

    Day 15 Weigh In (336hrs)
    254lbs

    ----------------------------------

I started out a little different today.
I didn't have much of a bowel movement on day 15.
So I decided to do a small Salt Water Flush.
Instead of Two Teaspoons of Pink Salt and 32 ozs of Warm Water, I used 16 ounces and 1 teaspoon.
However, after I chugged that down in about 30 seconds, I drank 32 ounces of 100 degree water with lemon and lime.
It took about 5 minutes to get all of that down.
I got some rays in the nude on my patio and massaged my midsection.
(Insert all jokes and Beavis and Butthead jokes here)
It took about 35 minutes but I had a good movement.
I did some other things like pick up free play and hammer out machines for a few hours.
I came back about 4 hours later and did some Juicing.
I juiced out the Fridge. My yield was 88 ounces. I gave the Uncle 8 ounces.
I drank 16 ounces and froze some of it and put the rest in the Fridge.
I am drinking less amounts space over time rather than chugging large amounts.

    5lbs Peeled Carrots
    8 Kale Leaves
    2 Peeled Cucumbers
    2 Lemons
    2 Garlic Bulbs
    2 Fuji Apples
    1 Broccoli Crown
    1 Large Ginger Root
    1 Parsley Bunch
    1 Peeled Beet

Time to make Uncle some Dinner after all this work.
I decided on a Shrimp Broccoli Bowl on a small bed of Rice.
Asian Style. I took a Wok. I cleaned the shrimp and blotted them.
I put some corn starch, garlic powder, salt, and Fresh Pepper in a bowl.
I coated all the shrimp in that and shook it off.
I got the Wok nice and hot with some Butter and Olive oil.
It took about 5 minutes to get the shrimp to a decent color but not great.
I took them out and cooked up some garlic and ginger with a little butter.
I put the Broccoli in and cooked them till they browned.
I dumped the shrimp back in and added some honey, vinegar, cayenne and soy sauce.
It took a minute or so for everything to glaze up and get coated.
I poured that into the bowl and served it to the piggy.
I didn't taste anything but he said it was good but he would eat tree bark so what does he know!?

    Day 17

    Juice Fasting Plan
    -------------------
    Any Juicer will do
I am using a Norwalk Juicer
    30 Days of Fresh Juice
    Water (Lemon)
Hot water (Himalayan Pink Salt, Fresh Jalapeno or Serrano and Lemon)

Total Financial Cost Since Day 1
    -----------------------------------
    $144 (Produce Only)
$340 Year Supply of Australian Spirulina (Optional)
    $461 Total Expenses

    Time Spent since Day 1
    40 hours

    Starting Weight From Day 1
    276lbs

    Day 17 Weigh In (384hrs)
    254lbs

    --------------------------------------

Day 16 had some errors on the weigh in total hours.
    I readjusted on this post.

I am down 22lbs and this is the 3rd wall I have hit.
I expect a pound or two to fall off tomorrow.

When I first woke up I drank down 50 ounces of 95-100 degree Ginger Water.
I thought this would push everything through but no bowel movement all day.
I was kinda busy playing and other things today and got a very late start with juicing.
I ended up going to the movies and seeing Operation Finale.
I enjoy movies and enjoyed this one as well.
Many people will say Ben Kingsley's best movie is Gahndi but not for me.
If you ever seen him in The House of Sand and Fog I think that movie is better.
I heard the book told the story much better but they usually do.
That movie is slow going but that ending with what he does... Intense!
He was pretty good in this movie but hard to imagine him as some German Nazi.
I mean he has been Knighted for goodness sake.

So finally I got around to shopping after the movie.
I spent 23 dollars and mostly bought carrots along with lemons and limes.
When I got home I juiced up one grapefruit and one Tangerine.
This gave me 10 ounces of juice that I strained.
I waited an hour and started up the Carrots.
I ended up drinking down 24 ounces and storing the rest
I have 46 ounces stored for the rest of the night.

I had a great idea about juicing garlic and ginger and taking shots.
Ginger shots work well. Garlic and Ginger work mixed in large batches of juice.
However Garlic and Ginger Shots did not work well.
I slammed down 1 ounce. I was surprised that it didn't burn much or taste that bad.
I did add 2 lemons and 1 lime for taste.
It took about 45 seconds but I had a wild reaction.
I looked pretty flush or red even in the window reflection.
I felt queasy and a little dizzy. I certainly felt off.
I had to take off all my clothes because I thought I would have to run to the cold shower.
Sort of like when you are really dizzy from drinking too much booze.
I drank down about 20 ounces of Iced Water.
It took about 5 minutes but I got out of it.
It was a wild ride. I almost wanted to try it again because it was like a reaction you have from drugs.
I opted not to try it again and added small amounts to my juice.
If you decide to try Garlic Juice Shots... I advise you don't.
Lesson Learned. I did juice off 9 ounces of Garlic/Ginger/Lemon Juice from 2 bulbs, 1 large root and 1 lemon.

Anyways, this is what i juiced up that I got 70 ounces from.
If I would of just added the garlic and ginger like usual I would of been at 80 or close to 80 ounces.

    6.25lbs Peeled Carrots
    2 Broccoli Heads and Stems
    2 Lemons
    2 Limes
    1 Parsley Bunch

I saw this article on Drudge and thought of this thread. Not the kind of fasting that you are doing but possibly food for thought (no pun intended) for your future diet choices.

I am still not exactly sure what I will do to transition out of the Juice Feast/Fast.
I am thinking I am going to stay on the Fresh Juice for 92 days though.
I will decide after 30 days is up but I feel very good and going past 30 is the new plan.
I have read some conflicting reports about going past 40 and staying under 40.
You can pretty much find a report to back up whatever you believe.
That is the most important thing... Your Mind or Your Belief.
You can actually will yourself into literally anything. The power of the mind is pretty real.
Of course you have to believe in that though as well or it won't work.

I do like the idea of only eating one meal a day and Juicing for one meal and perhaps a Smoothie for another.
I am still a little tossed up on the idea of total raw or 80% Raw and 20% Cooked.
Something about heating food past 108 degrees is supposed to ruin it and make it clog up in your system more.
Statistics show that fish in the diet is more healthy than Total Raw.
Something like 12 ounces a month but that is debated too.
Some say 10 ounces a week but to rotate the different types of fish.
It all boils down to your own personal idea or preference.

I like the idea of one meal a day though. I can see how that works.
I also see how one regular day and one day of fasting works as well.
I think they call that 4/3. Each week you keep flipping.
Your supposed to go 2000 calories one day and the next down to 500 calories.
You just keep flipping daily. I will figure it out eventually.
I will probably test different methods on a per 30 day basis to see how my body reacts.

Depends on how you look at it but for me the number could increase or decrease depending on what I buy next.
I may spend some money on herbal extracts and some other things.
However, the truth is the produce number is the big one. If you go 100% Organic that number would double or triple.
I have read too many reports that organic labeled produce in grocery stores have more pesticides than non organic.
If I lived close to Farms or I could grow my own I would go Total Organic but I don't trust Whole Foods, Trader Joe's or Other Stores.
So I keep it simple and stay away from the "Dirty Produce" and take my chances with the Pesticides.
All the meat and other processed foods I ate had to be worse than a Pesticide Cocktail.
I am not doing this to live longer or prolong life. I am on this Mission to keep Fit and have more energy and feel better overall.
The nice thing about juicing is you get immediate results. For the Microwave Generation it is the best way and fastest.

    Day 18 Weigh In (408hrs)
    252lbs

I should break the 250 mark in the next day or two which is nice.
I juiced a Tangerine and Grapefruit for 10 ounces.
I got some sun rays for 30 minutes after that.
30 mins after the Rays and a Shower I started juicing mainly carrots again.
I ended up getting 50 ounces and drank it throughout the day.
I also used the concentrated garlic and ginger juice from yesterday in hot water like a tea.

    6.25lbs Peeled Carrots
    2 Lemons
    1 Lime
    1 Parsley Bunch

I drank down 16 ounces and stored the rest that I finished off within 4 hours of Juicing it.

    Day 19 Weigh In (432hrs)
    251lbs

Recently within the hour I weighed out at 249.
Have to see if that holds later when it is official.
It looks like it is going to be a ten pound a week average.
I expect that to tighten up as time moves forward.

I decided to get into some Fresh Plum Juice.
This is supposed to work like Prune Juice.
However it is Fresh and said to be softer when compared.
I juiced up 8 ounces to get the day going.
It didn't take long for it to take effect, about 30 mins.
Next up was a Tangerine and Grapefruit for 10 ounces.
I worked on Water with Lemon for the next few hours.
Late Lunch I decided to do some Carrots.
I ended up with 25 ounces that I drank as soon as I pressed it.
Late Dinner coming up now to finish off the Carrots.
I will add in some Broccoli and expect about 55 to 65 ounces.

    3lbs Carrots Peeled
    1 Bunch of Parsley
    1 Lemon

This is the first day that I felt sleepy in mid day.
I took at 4 hour nap. Refreshing and happy to listen to the body.
I am still sleeping 6 hours a night on average.
