Thread: How reliable is the Caesar's Rewards mobile app?

  1. #1
If you play at multiple Caesar's properties throughout the country and you get related offers, can the mobile app be trusted to show you all your outstanding offers? Or is it necessary to collect your physical mail?

From my experience it is very reliable...my wife gets offers via the app and mail from Laughlin, New Orleans, Reno, Tahoe and Vegas.
Keep your friends close, keep your drinks closer...

Thanks, I wasn't sure because some casinos' online portals randly miss offers.

Its been reliable for me but often it doesn’t have all the details of the offers.

Some of the offers I get are a little confusing and I have to read them a few times to make sure I understand them. Almost left some money on the table a few times because I didn’t understand the offer. I keep the mailed paper copies of my offers in a little file folder and always reread them when making a trip.

It has been quite reliable to me. I sometimes show the boothling the image of my offer on my app and each time the boothling eventually finds the offer on the computer and gives me the thing. Never once have I had an offer on my app that did not lurk into the system. That said, I also use physical mail as it does have many details, including explaining when a promo is particularly juicy. Sometimes the app just states "Reel Rewards" offer but does not mention the amount-- the mail will state the amount. Or that I have a "cruise offer" but only the mail will explain whether it is an "inside" stateroom or "ocean view."
