Thread: Stations/Palms Combine Offers

  1. #1
Bad news - my latest mailers from Palms and Stations are... one mailer. I wouldn't mind so much, but it's the same amount as last month, which means they've effectively cut them in half. I guess I'll cut my play in half at both as well, and see how that affects me.

I also noticed a couple of more small changes: the kiosk games are now the same across Palms/Stations/Fiesta, so you're only allowed one shot per day instead of three. Also, you no longer earn points while playing off your freeplay. Not a huge deal there, but combined with the other stuff, the trend is disturbing.

I didn't even notice that Palms was included with stations.

Unfortunately these types of trends have been occurring for a couple years now. EVERYBODY has been cutting back it seems.

My machine play, which is heavily reliant on the free play bounce back (very elementary) is really drying up because almost all vegas casinos have cut back from what they gave just a couple years ago. Barring something unusual, my machine play earnings will probably come in below 10 grand this year, while my share has averaged better than 25k over the last 4 years. Part of that drop is due to my partners passing earlier this year, as he handled all of our machine play and I am just unwilling to put in the time, but much of it has to due with the bounce back offers really being cut back.

I also noticed that you no longer earn points off of free play. This is really a problem, because in the past when you used the free play you simultaneously satisfied the requirement for that day's kiosk bonus which might have been more free play or some kind of dining credit or bonus points.

I also saw a change in my free play from BConnected. Now, I'm getting $25 per week, but the weekly free play is limited to only a few days each week. Until now, it was free play good any day during the first two weeks or the month and then free play good during the last two weeks of the month.

Also, I've exhausted that $400 of dining credits I won at Red Rock, so there will be no more daily trips there to eat for free.

Thanks for sharing this. I wonder if this will happen with Fiesta Henderson too? I guess if it hasn`t already happened by now then it probably won`t, but I guess you never know... Sounds like things are tightening up with VP pretty quickly in Vegas. Dammit I always start figuring out stuff like this when the door starts closing

Has anyone seen paytables cut with Stations? I see the same 8/5 Bonus games even at 25-cents that I've always have seen.

My monthly mailer for October arrived and weekly free machine play was cut by 25-percent at Stations.

Rob Singer has been kicked from this thread, and I deleted various trolling messages (along with the responses to them).

As a reminder, Rob, I initially allowed you back here to simply respond to a thread about you, and I ended up letting you stay, contrary to my initial intention.

I have had to ban you from a lot of threads lately. If this continues, I will have to ban you completely again.

Question: Does that mean he can view but not post in this thread? Or he can’t view (and thus post) this thread at all? Just want clarification, even though I’m pretty sure it’s the former.

Honest question Alan, are you sure your play was at the same level month after month? Or is it possible over whatever period they use, your coin in dropped? Unless you can say you put the same amount through every month, it’s hard to make a deduction that they are reducing FP.

No question my play is down.

One thing I've been pointing out here is that free play will drop quickly without additional cash coming out of your wallet. I said that from the start when monet was posting his photos of those free play mailers.

I have been running thru free play and not adding to it and my free play is now only a fraction of what it was.

Free play doesn't last without players kicking in large amounts of their own cash.
