When you step back from what's being claimed and frame it clearly, it really is absurd. Tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of people, all trying to conquer and win at video poker. One individual, in the span of about a year, claims that he stumbled upon a series of special plays and denomination switches that somehow result in winning on negative games. Nobody else, of all of the thousands trying, is recognized as discovering even one special play or one denomination tweak that helps at all. Never mind that none of it makes mathematical sense or is supported by any game theorist, video poker writer/player, or professional mathematician. And never mind that what's being claimed is that playing non-optimally, on purpose, is supposed to have better results than optimal play.

C'mon, man.
He'd get better results trying to sell bridges on Jupiter.
