Damn. All that money spent on college educations when all they needed to learn was, "you want cheese on that"?

One only needs to trade 50-60 hours per week of their life for that as well. No thanks. I traded 11.5 hours of mine yesterday for $2450.00. I would rather do that once per week. Good luck flipping burgers though.

There's no point in telling these people how much we make.

This thread is yet another attempt by Alan to belittle AP's. It is an ongoing agenda with this guy. In this case "see even people that work at In-N-Out Burger make more than you do".

As usual, Alan has cherry-picked and manipulated his data though, in this case the key words are "factoring in bonuses and additional compensation".

Alan, let me tell you something about AP's. It isn't ALL about the money. Sure we want to make money. But there is also a degree of most AP's enjoy making money in this manner. The truth is that most AP's (not myself) could make more money doing something else, something in the private sector or even running their own different kind of business. Most AP's (again not I) have the skill, knowledge and education to make more doing something else.

I think there are some AP's making 30-40k a year that are thrilled with what they are doing. To be honest, when I started out, I though that would be my range, maybe slightly higher, 30-50k a year. I would have been happy with that and I could live comfortably on that. I mean how many people REALLY get to say that they enjoy what they do for a living. It is a pretty small number.

Oh and here is another thing the In-N-Out manager can't do. He can't decide when he works or not.

I have just in the past few minutes decided I don't feel like working today. It is a spectacularly beautiful day here in Vegas. What seems like a longer than usual summer (was still close to 100 every day up until a few days ago) is finally over. Spur of the moment I have decided to take the day off, go for a hike and stop in somewhere and bet a few horse races, something I haven't done in over a decade since my grandfather passed away, (he was a horseplayer).

Can the In-N-Out worker make that decision? Does he/she get to call their own shots?

Ok so tell me, how does horse racing work again? I like to bet the 3 legged horses. They have less chance of tripping over their own feet.

KJ. KJ. KJ. You're so dang much fun. Seriously, you need to go to the Dollar Store and make sure you always have Snicker bars in your frig and glove box.

I think Alan has gotten under your skin just a wee bit. I ate at Johnny Rockets the other day. I wanted to change my burger slightly. Like, "hold the lettuce." She couldn't spell dog if you spotted her the D and the 0. Screw it. I took it off myself.

O yes. I stopped into a McD once in one of those little towns on 395. The flys were actually carrying off the fries. I tried to joke with the ultra serious cashier. Do you have hamburgers on on the menu? She replied "hold on, I'll check with the manager."

Ahem. I take it you've never attended a corporate Christmas party? All they ever talk about is their job. Gag me and beat me to death with that wooden spoon please. It's so much better than listening.

Today is last triple header for MLB this year. I remember wanting to watch just one day game during the Series. Coach brought in a TV once. That was cool.

Too late, you put it out there.

It’s OK, many of us are ashamed of our parents or kids. But few have the story to tell you do.

Best advice is to learn from it and whatever it takes, never treat your kids like your dad did you. Do whatever it takes to never screw them over. And obviously stay out of casinos if they do without ANYTHING due to the addiction your father has.

It's not that difficult. None of you make anything. Which is why you're all anonymous WoV cowards who never offer proof of anything.

In case anyone missed it, "Rob Singer" will be chairing a roundtable discussion session at the next G2E. The topic is "Non-anonymous former WoVers who never offer proof of anything, and how they project it." Filling the roundtable will be three world class nameless mathematicians who endorse AART and AARP, slingshot, Jerry Logan, and a chair with a pin, on the head of which dance all of the Singer trainees who have publicly endorsed Singer.

Sasquatch and the Easter Bunny submitted papers to be given at the roundtable, but were rejected due to the fact that too many people believe in them.

Note to Sheldon Cooper: the above was sarcasm. Also, in case anyone has forgotten, Argentino claimed he would be heading a roundtable discussion at the previous G2E. But somehow the roundtable was never announced or featured at the conference. Instead, it was moved to a private room, Argentino said, and he couldn't control who had access, so no one saw it or him. And there are no copies or records of the roundtable and its featured discussion.

Your identity is known and you never prove anything. How about a photo of you and Jerry Logan waving to the camera.
"More importantly, mickey thought 8-4 was two games over .500. Argued about it. C'mon, man. Nothing can top that for math expertise. If GWAE ever has you on again, you can be sure I'll be calling in with that gem.'Nuff said." REDIETZ

Once i discovered I could make a living gambling it was out of the question that I would ever work for anyone again. About all I can say about it is I'm happy that my relatives have a good job market these days.
