Here's where your high school dropout status comes back to haunt you again. Any true expert on Laughlin knows EVERYTHING about the place. During the week it's a certified Geriatric Park. So by simple deduction, what's that make weekends on the river?? Take a guess if it's too tough.
You chase after Indian casinos like an old lady does. And if you got so attached to them you'd have gone "all that way" to Avi when you were in town. Truth is, moving isn't within your budget constraints. Yes of course you'll keep getting flight offers to your "vacation destination" as long as you keep pouring it in at Harrahs--which I see you conveniently leave out of the discussion. And we all know what kind of plays THEY have.
"Money spots!" LOL!! Get a decent new car yet?
And HELLO McFLY! We chose Emery because it's only a few hundred miles from where my daughter lives....with no state income tax and a yearly registration fee of just $600 on an RV that cost over $1.5mil., which would be over $20,000/yr. In either Az. or Nv. Now show me one of your great advantage plays that has a value anywhere near that.
Then wise up.

I work casinos whether they are Indian or not. There are plenty of non-indian casinos in the road pic thread. Like I said, your reading comprehension is abysmal.
My car runs just fine. Don't need another one. I've put 110,000 miles on her in the last two years and she still runs like a top. How's your old camp trailer holding up? A couple hundred miles to your daughters house? HaHaHaHaHa!! LoLoLoL!! Good one, Argenshitto. That's funny. More like a couple hundred feet....if they make extension cords that long. Then you go back to your daughters old house in Arizona for the winter. You should give the girl a break. Stop mooching off her. She has kids to raise. Oh, that's right. The kids are being raised by your cuckolded son-in-law.

And give it all away like all these silly ap's say they never do? Do you also expect me to divulge how the secret handshake goes? What an idiot!
Oh BTW ap-genius...two grandchildren live in Tucson, and two now live in Minnesota. Do you ever get anything right when you're flustered?
And how can I dismiss a loner having a car with 110,000 miles on it? This is pure gold! I've never bought anything but new vehicles, and I've never put even 40,000 miles on any of them. So ask yourself "gambling pro": what kind of worthless slug can't afford a new car for 110,000 miles?
Wished you actually worked all those wasted years about now?

The problem with you throwing shit to see if it sticks is that some of it will land on you.
I work hard, am quite successful, and choose to drive a 1982 Volvo 244 Turbo as my daily driver.
A competent shade tree mechanic I have restored and now maintain it, keeping it tip top.
I've purchased one new car in my life time, and do not plan on buying another.
I just really, really like old Volvos.
I own a Ferrari but am selling it: not my cuppa (I'm an old Volvo man).
So fuck off with your snide comments about people who drive old cars being less worthy than you; I'm certain my income and net worth exceeds yours.
Best reboot there, sport.
What, Me Worry?

Out of curiosity, I wonder what Rob claims his net worth to be.

I just happen to like the leg room and comfort of the older car. Ironic, Mr. V, my lady friend drives fancy car. People ask if she is married to a lawyer. lol But she has more shit go wrong with her car. All those gadgets - break.

Yep, that is correct. One of my partner's many responsibilities and contributions to our AP partnership was that he served as my driver (as well as managed my chip inventory and handled our machine play). With the style that I play, very short sessions, hit and run, having a driver and someone else cashing in chips was a huge benefit. I don't think many people consider just how valuable having a driver can be, although I do remember Axelwolf once commenting on it and believe he may have realized just what an advantage that can be. Saves at least an hour every day, probably more. And time is money.
So when my partner passed, my mother wanted to fill that role and did serve as my driver for several weeks and I compensated her for it, before ultimately deciding, it wasn't a great fit. I also had another friend that wanted to serve in that capacity as part of my team. I also declined that offer, and have been driving myself, although I am not fond of driving and it slows things down, losing valuable time.
You can mock that my mother and friends wanted to serve in that capacity, but I feel honored that they wanted to do so.

There's a major difference between people who only buy new vehicles, (and RV's)....and those who use silly excuses for why they only buy used: one can afford to while the other can't.
Mickey, why would you expect people who've made good money working, to settle for someone else's problem with outdated technology? It's like choosing to play the machine that takes coins instead of TITO.
RS wants to know our "net worth". Here's the best answer you'll get: if you can find any married couple on this forum who've both worked lucrative jobs for over 25 years each, in industries with generous benefits, matching 401k contributions, corporate stock bonus plans, and comprehensive healthcare plans throughout, then those people would be doing at least as well as us.
Otherwise, you'll need to add up quite a few of the little people to have a chance.
