I'm surprised I haven't been questioned yet about my use of the name "Best Buys" considering the giant retailer uses the name Best Buy. Well I have an answer for that too. I used Best Buys and Best Buy on TV years BEFORE the Best Buy electronics retailer started in business-- and they know it.
Trademarks only restrict businesses in the same industry, so I wasn't wondering about that.

If I wanted to start a company called "Caesar's Dog Grooming", I wouldn't have any trademark issues, provided I didn't steal the Caesars Entertainment logos or falsely represent we're affiliated.

This is the same reason there is a Little Caesar's Pizza and Caesars casinos, without trademark infringement.
