As I did last year following the devastating Ventura (CA) fires, I took my girlfriend and son on a "tour" of fire-ravaged areas of Agoura and Malibu, where the Woolsey Fire (November 2018) hit hardest.

Mulholland Highway near Agoura Hills, right next to the Peter Strauss Ranch (which was also destroyed). The fire was so hot that it warped the metal, and the bridge fell apart.

The Paramount Ranch was the filming site of many movies and TV shows (mostly western-themed ones). It was open to the public, even during filming.
