Thread: Golden Egypt machines

I just remembered. On the GE's you can also go though the screens by touching the Lines and Denoms features at the bottoms of the screens.
"More importantly, mickey thought 8-4 was two games over .500. Argued about it. C'mon, man. Nothing can top that for math expertise. If GWAE ever has you on again, you can be sure I'll be calling in with that gem.'Nuff said." REDIETZ

    Thanks Mickey,

Where I play they have the machines configured at 75 lines and the only option you have is to pick one of the 5 bets that are available. Interestly enough I guess the casino can reconfigure them on the spot because for about 1 week one of the GE machines suddenly had all the line options available but then they changed it back.

If I think about it I'll get a pic today and put it up.

In the pic you can see the bet and the number of lines. You can touch each one to go through all the bet levels in the game.

Thanks! I did not know that. I am going to try it tonight.

    This is Barney,

I found one of these Egyptian slut machine devices in most favorable "ready to put out" mode today. Put a $20 in device and after second spin hit five of a kinds with the wildlings in the three columns. I started to look for some casino chicks for some happy ending celebrations as device gave me a 60X win. As the device celebrated my "major win," I noticed it said I won only $3.00. Then I looked down and saw the bet which was most favorable was 5 lines at $.01 or something like that. Following the advices of the mostest greatest Alan, I quit while I was a head but sadly before getting one.

    This is Barney,

APeeing these slut machine devices is most very strange. I have been losing much monies on these Egyptian slut machine devices when finding them in most favorable mood. The device seems to just tease me with only one wildling coming out at a time and when I am about to quit one of the balls is activated and I am in most favorable position again with my balls in two or three holes. It's as if the RNG is toying with me and just trying to get its hands on all of my monies before it gets into bad mode.

On other hands, the Hardley Davidison slut device has been very, very good to me. When finding it in most favorable positions I have made much monies on most of my plays recently. Maybe an american slut is better than a foreign one or perhaps I have been just unlucky with the Egyptian ones.

That's what bad runs in GE look like - you keep chaining one wild column into another without getting two or more simultaneously.

I think -40 units is my worst single play result.

That said based on a comment Mickey made in passing it's apparently possible for the GE RTP to be set so low that the usual rules are not tight enough.

On the tighter GEs (RTP 85%), you'll (at least) want a coin in each of the 1st three columns, or a coin in column 1,2 and 4.
If one (or more) of the 1st three columns is wild for one or two spins, that's fine too. GE deserves a special place in gaming history as the most heavily vultured game in the history of vulturables.

I don't mean this in a negative way but can you back this up with par sheets or data?

With data but not with par sheets. I routinely play on GEs at a casino with very little competition - the slot machines there are uniformly set in the 85% range and the VP is in the 95% range of RTP. After hundreds of vulture plays on the GEs I have found that the configurations I mentioned above yield results. Please note also that the Wizard of Odds has an analysis of GE with RTP under the 85% assumption and he gives even looser recommendations than those I suggested above (which I disagree with based on hundreds of plays).

Thanks, just wanted to know where your conclusions were coming from.

I've had them both ways, open door and screen sensor needs rebooting.
FYI saw a slot tech show a guy how to unlock an IGT with a stuck bet button the other night. You give the bet panel a firm knock with your knuckles. Not too hard not too soft. I’ve been trying it and it works.

Finally got a play on this last night. Someone left right after hitting the second coin in reel 2 on the $1.50 bet level. Made a large $3.60 on my two spins!

Those are nice when they are left but you don't have to wait for someone to leave a wild column. One coin banked in at least two of the first three columns is good enough. And you never leave a column wild.

Yeah I know. I rarely go to this casino and there are only 2 machines. It just happened to be left this way. The other denominations and setups weren't left with any coins.
