Moses, being gay doesn't define me, so I don't announce it. I am not one of those in your face gay guys. I don't do, need (or even care for) displays of public affection. To me being gay is just about who I choose to share my life with. When I came to this site, I was immediately outed, by another member, an AP no less, who made a gay reference of me, thinking it would be funny to announce that. And I was immediately attacked and have been ever since.

Now on Wizards site, it was also known that I was gay. I don't remember how it was known, but I highly doubt I brought it up. Actually I think it may have been asked or referenced in the interview that was done with me at WoV. But anyway, when I married my partner, I posted about it. I did so, because, WoV is not only a gambling related site, but also supposed to be of topics of Vegas and even gets into current event news topics. Gay marriage was made legal so it was being discussed and I married a short time later and my marriage had a Vegas theme to it, so I shared that experience.

The fact is that although I am anonymous in that few know my real name, I am a somewhat known member of several blackjack/gambling related forums. I am not a math geek "numbers" type guy so I can't get into a lot of those deep discussions. I decided I wanted to share my journey and experiences of making a living playing blackjack...what I call "the good, the bad and the ugly" of playing blackjack for a living. Or as much as I could anyway, and I usually go beyond what I should. And there is some cross-over into personal life, and how different things like losing 6 month periods effect things.

And in my case with my personal partner, also being my business partner there was even more cross-over and I have shared that as best I could without being in anyone's face. All references to my partner were made in gambling/AP context. If that made some people uncomfortable, I truly am sorry. I don't know how else I could have done so.
