I seen these in about 10 different casinos.
I saw this at Harrah's New Orleans in 2015.
Nobody working there could explain it. After looking into it, I was told by some slot attendant that it was a "mistake", but it was unclear when they'd be fixing it.

This is why you check everything before playing a casino game. This goes for table games rules and pays as well.
It's the exact same since there is no difference.
Remember, a standard game is 250, 500, 750, 1000, 4000. This one is 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500. There is no reason to play more than one credit in this version of the game. Why this person played 2, I don't know. At least they were smart enough not to bet 3 for a potential hand pay.

There are some spin poker games where can only bet one credit per line, but get the full 800 for a royal.
He won $1,000 with a $2 bet. On a 25-cent game with five coins he would have won $1,000 with a $1.25 bet.
