Could someone who lost in a WSOP to someone who registered using a fake ID have a valid case? :/

So, Mcap playfully mentioned that he heard that a certain somebody was beat in the WSOP by my Fictional Young Axl Rose, who actually registered using a fake ID and the person who got beat by a man who registered with a fake ID made formal complaints against the Casino/Poker Organizers for letting a man register with a fake ID who beat him in WSOP.

In real life, could someone who got beat in WSOP by someone who registered with a fake ID have a case against the Casino//Poker Organizers? Would he be allowed to re-enter due to the fake ID registration thing?

That's an interesting question. Is the person under the legal age to gamble?

I doubt the casino could be held responsible unless there was a good reason to doubt the age or they had good reason to believe it was a fake ID.
