No it isn't burning me up. I'm not interested enough to inquire about the licensing and registration of vehicles. I wouldn't be surprised if someone could have a valid Nevada DL without a current Nevada residence.

And how exactly does one balance the W2Gs? Gambling journals? Casino won/loss statements?

I'm not clear on what you mean by "balance the W2Gs". Do you mean for the years when he lost?
