The last time I asked to be loaned money was for a COMPLETELY stupid thing(I had willingly risked big money chasing Bingo cards and lost all the Bingo rounds and had the audacious audacity to ask to be loaned money after willingly risking my money)

I remember on another Website mentioning that an Admin told me to "Suck it up and grow up or they would ban ME," when I asked said Admin to help me out with people who were bullying, harassing, insulting, and attacking me. Those Posters replied something like," You were around 40 asking an Admin to help you out as if Admin is your Kindergarten Teacher and you're 5. I don't blame the Admin at all for saying that to you. You obviously weren't strong enough to fight your own battles. At around 40 you should have been fighting your own battles and giving it back to those Posters even harder, not ask an Admin for help."

Another Poster said something like,"You have a VERY easy life if THIS, something that happened to you ONLINE with people you don't even know in the real world is a big problem for you. My DAD died last year saving my life. I have to live with the guilty fact that I indirectly and inadvertently caused my Dad to die. In this instance we play the "lawyer / client" game.

Whether you or I believe our "client's" claims makes no difference: a lawyer advocates on behalf of a client whether he believes the claims or not.

The exception of course is we cannot knowingly allow false info to interjected, but in this world of anonymous posters that issue never arises.

Well, in the real world we lawyers are not supposed to allow something to be presented to the court that we KNOW to be untrue. So, for example in a criminal case, if our client tells us that he did it, we cannot put him on the stand if we know he is going to flat out say he did not do it.

But there are a lot of nuances between the two extremes of "did it" and "did not do it" and as well, if we don't really know for sure what a client is going to say, we are not obligated keep him off the stand.
