I was just reading a story about a Sheriff somewhere in Tennessee who had a guy turn some video poker/slot machine cheating device over to him, claiming he found it along with a bunch of 20's in a used car he just bought.

Apparently, the device cleverly attaches to the end of any bill so that when you stick your hundy into a feeder and once the machine records the added credits, you simply pull the bill back out. Rinse and repeat. The sheriff said he's seen these before, but this was the most sophisticated one he's ever come across.

I'm addressing kew here. Now THIS is what I call illegal cheating and stealing. With this device you're using an external gadget to manipulate a slot machine into giving you money you did not win. Compare that to how I did nothing but what players are legally expected to do while playing: push buttons, touch screens, and feed bills & tickets in so that my winning hands were "enhanced".
