I haven't been to Encore Boston Harbor yet, but apparently it's already being sued, despite being open less than 1 month.

The lawsuit states that Massachusetts law forbids 6:5 payouts on blackjack, and requires a 3:2 payment on all blackjacks hit. Encore offers 6:5 blackjack at many tables.

The lawsuit also states that slot ticket redemption machines do not disperse change, and just cut off the cents owed when paying players. It claims that players are not instructed how to get the change. This is pretty outrageous if true, and reminds me of the lucrative change-stealing schemes depicted in movies "Superman III" and "Office Space".
