Thread: Best Table Game?

  1. #1
I tend to go with the game that gives the most money, not the house edge. I THINK Roulette is the best Table Game since you get 35/36 times your bet and you get even more if you add extras, such as putting a dollar on 1, a dollar to split 1 and 0, putting a dollar for the bottom of 1, a dollar on odd, a dollar on 1st 12, a dollar on 1-18, a dollar for 3rd 2:1. If 1 comes up, you won about $76 according to my calculations. On a $7 bet. Not all that bad of a payout. People said that Roulette has like a high 26 percent house edge so they claim it's not all that good. They claim that Blackjack has like a low house edge like 5 percent, and they claim that Blackjack is better. But with Blackjack you are lucky if you get like 5 times your bet back. Whereas with Roulette a straight up number with no extras gives you 35/36 times your bet. So I think Roulette is the best Table Game.

Where are you getting these numbers? Care to do a little research and then revise these statements?

Sweet mother of mercy. I should not have semi retired as an engineer. These numbers are hurting me. Anyhow, I am going to North Hutchinson Island next Wednesday I will gladly accept your Florida lottery number predictions which may calm things down before kewlJ gets a brain aneurysm.

Lottery Predictions... 836,314, or 310 box or straight Pick 3. Either 40, 83, or 45 front pair or 1821 box or straight for pick 4 within two weeks. If neither of my predicted numbers come up within the allotted two weeks, I promise to give you a $50 gift card, unless something REALLY bad happens to me , :/

No. No. No. That is not how it works. I asked for numbers and I will play them next week. I have been in Florida previously when you have predicted numbers and have always reviewed the results. Technically, I hate Keno, etc. but am willing to spend money on behalf of the forum. Good luck to us all.

If you put $1 on all 38 numbers you'll win on every spin.

Yes, but I'd actually lose like $2 a spin.

I used my Roulette App, and I played my hypothetical 1 number and I actually got a $59 profit on a $7 bet, so $66 altogether. I was off by $10 in my calculations. So you get about 8 times your bet, still better than Blackjack 5 tines the bet.

Yes, but I’d actually lose like $2 per spin

Okay. You’re smart enough to figure that out. So let’s see if you can figure this one out. If you bet $1 per spin on just one number how much will you average losing per every 38 spins?

It depends. If the number is on a hot streak, I win like $72-108. On a cold streak I lose $38 and that is if the number loses 38 times in a row. Something like that happened recently at a Roulette table where 0 and 00 did not come up in like 38 spins.°I'll give you one guess what numbers I was playing. I'll give you a blatant hit. O.O :O Those shocked Emoticons are a huge huge hint.

The best table game is whatever one I'm current sitting at. Today might be blackjack. Tomorrow might be Caribbean Stud.

Mathematicians--just curious. How often can you expect the number to not appear in 38 spins. I assume it is very high.

Otherwise, what a great system. Jump on. Ride the wave.

Good answer Tasha. I’m curious, how much do you win if you’re on one of those lukewarm streaks?

I was playing 0 and 00 AND other numbers. I wasn't playing JUST 0 and 00. And I was playing quarters rather than dollars. Otherwise, I would have lost $108 in a row had I been putting $1 on each 0/00 and $1 to split. So $3 a pop for 38 straight failed spins would have been my fate had I not been playing quarters and multiple numbers.

Makes sense. I think you answered my question. Something you might try if 0 and 00 aren’t hitting that day is just don’t play those numbers. Save those numbers for another day when they might be hitting.

Everybody knows that when they aren't hitting, they're DUE!! So bet MORE on those numbers.

Ya know, just like in VP when you haven't hit 4 aces, bet MORE MONEY because it's DUE!!

I have rarely seen a 0/00 go on a 38 no show round like that. Even someone else commented that it was odd that neither 0/00 showed up. When I finally ran out of most of the money, I used my free play on slot machines and basically broke even and then walked out the door with the free play money, not even looking to see if the 0/00 came up finally.

Tasha, you did the right thing. If your numbers aren’t hitting it’s best just to leave...and come back another day when they might be hitting.
