Beamed right to your smart phone from casino management/security: "you're 86'ed".

Yep, Bob Today got caught AP'ing the Scarabs so had his players club benefits revoked.
"More importantly, mickey thought 8-4 was two games over .500. Argued about it. C'mon, man. Nothing can top that for math expertise. If GWAE ever has you on again, you can be sure I'll be calling in with that gem.'Nuff said." REDIETZ

One of the major problems is it will make it hard for the degenerate gambler to deny losses and lie to themself and significant others. The casinos will in effect be putting themselves out of business at a more rapid rate.

Dgenben today will play some min bet negative EV slots while being tracked. Dgenben yesterday will just put in cash and play unrated when an AP opportunity comes up.

Whenever they implement these systems, I assume they will not be mandatory and you can still play unrated with cash at your option. Many people dont like to be play rated and there is still a segment of lower end casino customers that dont have cell phones or at least smart cell phones. Plus many casino customers dont want the significant other to know they are gambling or how much they are gambling so they wouldn't want something that could easily be reviewed by their partner on the phone.

Can see it may be a problem if you play a lot at a specific place. I sometimes get questioned on not having my card in on a handoay or when the machine malfunctions. I just say “I forgot” but this reduces plausible deniability.

MaxPen and DGenBen are both right.

While these app-based and bank-account-funded express solutions might be appealing to some gamblers, there will be many people who don't want it, for various reasons. Also, with slot players typically being old, many won't have smart phones, or if they do, aren't able to understand how to use apps for things like this.

The video was hilarious, though. I like how Bob Yesterday was told to furrow his brow so he looks both older and more stressed (even though it's the same actor as Bob Today.)

I kept rooting for Bob Today to get some action with that fairly hot brunette woman he kept running into, but he seemed oblivious to her interest in him. In fact, at the bar scene, it seemed like he was more interested in buying another dude a drink, and enjoying that guy's gratitude, all while mostly ignoring the woman.

I kind of got the feeling that she was following Bob Today around the casino waiting for him to make his move, and he just wasn't biting.

I think Bob Today was gay. I would've forgotten all about the -EV slots and invited that woman to my room.

Maybe he was Gay or maybe he was straight but had the feeling that the attractive woman was only following him around the Casino because he was winning big and she was a potential Gold Digger so he was ignoring her presence. On a hilarious side note, he kind of looks like Ricky Martin who is Gay.....

Nevada Gaming Commission does not allow direct bank links at machines. I doubt this IGT system will ever be in Nevada or other state run casinos. But Indian casinos? Faster than you can say wampum.
