Rob You are so fucking retarded, you really are. In your haste to find something to argue about, you either didn't read or couldn't understand what I said, because you argued the same point I made. In post #31, I said "Medicare actually pays 80% of what they (Medicare) assigns for an Xray, but let's not get into that right now". You come back and argue that Medicare only pays 80% of what they contract with. THAT is exactly what I said. Only difference is I used the correct terminology. The term is assignment. Medicare assigns an amount that they will pay for each procedure. That is THEIR word, used throughout the Medicare books.
Now let's talk about this quote "which as a previously healthy person mickey certainly would not get". Maybe one of the dumbest things you have ever said. Do you know what Insurance is? Do you understand the concept of insurance. It is protection for when you aren't healthy. It is usually naïve young people that think like the quote you just made.
Rob the fact is you are wrong about almost everything you say, on almost every topic. I mean I don't even know how a person can be as wrong as often as you are. You are clearly the dumbest fuck, not only on this site, but that I have encountered on the internet anywhere....and THAT is saying something. You like to tell us all how educated you are, and maybe you are, maybe you aren't. One of the colleges you have mentioned has no record of anyone with your name. But whatever. Maybe you were educated 50 years ago when you were in your 20's, but now at age 70, you are just plan dumb and wrong about almost every single thing you say. I don't know what to tell you. I can think of one thing you have talked about that you really seem to know the subject matter and that is when you accuse different people of being on different welfare programs trying to put them down.
