    Hello guys,
i finally achieve 7 star status for the first time and i'm looking forward to my 7 star trip. i have a question regarding to airfare. my host said client is no longer able to book the airfare by themself, all the airfare booking has to go through their passport department. my friend told me you can book the airfare and then get reimburse from the casino, which one is true?

The casino host is, of course, wrong (not a surprise). It says right in the 2019 Benefits Rules and Regulations:

"If the member books their own airfare, a receipt must be presented to the Caesars Rewards Center during or after their Retreat for a reimbursement in Casino Play."

We just booked our 7 star trip ourselves like we normally do. I would suggest contacting host at property where you plan to visit. They will walk you through what you need to do. When you get there bring proof to cashier and you will be reimbursed up to $1200 in freeplay. You no longer get cash. By booking it ourselves we were able to get first class tickets on the way out there and better seats on the way back. Also find out where you can use your $500 folio. In many cases you can use it to buy tangible things at the gift shop rather than using it all at overpriced steakhouses.

When it said upgrade to the best available room. What can I expect out of this? Obviously they aren’t going to give me 10k a night presidential suite, but what’s there to expect for this?

In my experience it only means the tower you prefer like at Ceasars in Vegas or Atlantic City. Maybe a petite suite instead of a regular room midweek.

Don’t forget you get the retreat twice the first time you earn it. Once before Jan 31, 2020 and again between Feb 1, 2020 to Jan 31, 2021.

Where do you plan to use your retreat?

I share the link above with my host and she still said that no longer apply to airfare, so she insist on booking airfare for me....lol

Since I’m going to Vegas for Christmas, I’m assuming I’m going to use at the best property, Caesar?

I think your host is confused by this limited time offer which could be used including if you wanted to drive, bus or train to Vegas.

Now all you have to do is book yourself a flight to Vegas, then submit a paper copy of a ticket and present to the boothling for up to $1,200 in free play flight reimbursement. But a host does have to code the trip.

If you go to Vegas for the Seven Stars retreat , yes stay at Ceasars Palace and stay at Augustus Tower, Fountain side if you can.
