Ease-of-use wise, I like stations, boyd, caesars, and golden nugget. You don't have to log in to view lines and (IMO) very easy and fluid to navigate.
William hill, south point, circa, cantor, and MGM you have to log in to view the lines. These seem pretty clunky and a pain in the ass to use.
Westgate used to be like the first category but they switched to a different type...not sure what it is since I haven't used them in forever.
William hill -- you can fund at a bunch of different locations, including some bars around town as well as at their physical locations. You can bet 24/7, except between like 3:30am and 5:00am (roughly). One thing I can't stand is the order of the games are all out of whack. If you're looking at NCAABB where there are like 5,000 games on a Saturday, good luck. The other apps are more good because you can just search for the game #. On WH, you can't.
South Point is open 24/7.
Stations and Boyd (I'm pretty sure) you can fund at 7/11's. Never tried, but 99% sure you can.
Cantor -- Your account is linked to the casino (EG: Silverton or Cosmo or Venetian) where you sign up. If you want to withdrawal money, it has to be from that location. You can't sign up at say Venetian then withdrawal that money from Cosmo. Also, I believe WH is buying out cantor.

Isn't Cantor closing in a few days?
