Since some people seem to have no clue regarding current demographic living arrangements in the U.S. and abroad:
1) In Muslim nations, more than 75% of adults 35 or younger live with their parents.
2) In Italy and Greece, more than 70% of adults younger than 30 live with their parents.
3) In the U.S., the number is more than 50% of those younger than 30 living with parents.

All of these numbers, which anyone can verify easily, will be exacerbated by the pandemic, so will be higher when next surveyed.
My suspicion is that many people who are adamant about the horrors of shared households have elderly parents who they would rather see in nursing homes rather than in shared spaces.
