He smuggled it across the border because .. he has a runner that will smuggle illegal things into the United States?

He (she?) becomes excited with his taller tales then just keeps adding little cool details but then they start to make less and less sense and he catches himself with his own nonsense.

Actually it appears in this case that Fraudj made up this detail to explain why he has no picture of record of the shuffler.
God damn, there's smuggling involved, I would assume A shuffle machine would be pretty hard to shove up your ass.

I'm super disappointed you didn't take a screenshot. I demand you do.

If they wouldn't ship it to the US and it is known to be illegal in the US then I'm no lawyer but I'd think that basically ensures it would be illegal to bring into the US, Therefore it would need to be smuggled.

If Kewl wants to go on record about which parts I got wrong outside of some minor timeframe issues then I invite him.

Also - I gave the dude a sincere chance to just fess up to this one thing and I'd leave him alone on this forum. He said it is all true and "fuck you".

Therefore I am protecting people from the claims which are incredibly improbable. (its math bitches)
It is official. Redietz will never be on Dan Druff's podcast. "too much integrity"

You just makeup whatever the fuck you want. Doesn't matter if there is not a speck of truth to it. This will blow your mind, but I made a 50 minute recording of the machine dealing out 6 shoes worth of cards after it was placed in clumping mode. And don't even ask...not a chance I will post it anywhere.

You don't even seem to understand what this is even all about for me. I am not trying to be a hero here. I certainly don't want to be involved in any legal case or case brought to gaming, that will eventually be brought. When the time comes I may share my recording with whoever is bringing such a case. But it will have very limited value. The immediate defense will be that I altered the machine to put it in clump mode. And that would actually be factually correct.

But again, that was never what this was about for me. I saw something I knew was not right. Twice actually several years apart at two different locations. The second time I wanted to prove to myself what I was dealing with. And that is what I did.

These machines have the 'capability' to arrange the cards in any order desired, including a casino advantageous clumping order.

I shared that on two forums, as a warning to other players. That is all I wanted to do at that or this point. I am NOT looking to be involved in any legal action that will one day come. I am NOT anti-ASM. I still play automatic shuffle machines. Several of the better games in my rotation are ASM games!!!

I just wanted players to be aware and if you play ASM to keep an eye out for something you think is unusual. The clumping that I noticed (was pretty blatant) was almost assuredly not the only sequence that would be more advantageous to the casino. Hell something as simple as keeping aces away from 10 value cards creating less blackjack would alter (increase) the house advantage somewhat significantly.

At this point I think of it the same as dealers dealing seconds or any other possibility of cheating. You are not arguing that there are still dealers around capable of dealing seconds are you? I have spotted (and heard) it. I don't encounter it often, but it can and does still happen. I haven't stopped playing hand-held double deck games because of it. But I keep an eye out. If I see (again, or hear) something unusual, I know what is going on. And that is all I want or wanted my involvement to be with this. The capability is there...players should keep an eye out for anything unusual when playing ASMs.
Dan Druff: "there's no question that MDawg has been an obnoxious braggart, and has rubbed a ton of people the wrong way. There's something missing from his stories. Either they're fabricated, grossly exaggerated, or largely incomplete".

Axelwolf, when we located machines and tried to purchase one, the first things I was told they could not be shipped to the United States because it was illegal to possess these machines. I didn't ask any questions about that or go searching for anything that would confirm that. I just set about trying to figure a way to still purchase the machine and get it to where I was.

FraudJ, I didn't make up one thing. Where did I lie? "Doesn't matter if there is not a speck of truth to it?" ? Where is the speck of a lie in what I said?

You don't want to be involved in the case "that will eventually be brought" ? But you publicly posted you observations? What are you suggesting?

FraudJ, everyone knows the machines can count and order the cards. No one has been debating whether theoretically the machines could be made to rig a shuffle. I believe I mentioned this but I have a story about rigged shufflers where I feel > 50% chance rigged shufflers were involved. I can line up timeframes, names, and well reported cheating that was not explainable by anyone publicly at the time. That doesn't mean I believe any of your stories. Ironic, huh?

FraudJ, my argument is that your story is so incredibly improbable that the whole thing should be summarily dismissed.

But yes I do believe the are shufflers out there that have had the chips swapped and or reprogrammed to enable cheating. Whether at a casino or not I couldn't say.

perhaps, I don't really know anything about the smuggling part. I'm fairly certain he said it was illegal to possess one here in Nevada. I'm just trying to find out why he claims that. I'm not even disputing it, I don't know. I've seen some pretty strange Nevada gaming laws. I believe it was technically illegal to use a software program at your own home in order to calculate odds to use at a later time in order to beat the casino. Now, of course, that would never hold up because the law is too broad and retarded, I'm almost certain it's been revised.

Again, I asked and in case I missed it somebody please point it out or quote it for me what made you believe it was illegal to possess a shuffle machine in Nevada?

Oh, I seem to have missed this. I'm sorry for the repeated question.

This is the s*** that makes me say what the f*** man. Like seriously dude, you took the word of someone on the phone from a different country or whomever on something that doesn't even sound right? And then you repeated that to us and even just a few posts to go you said it was and even just a few posts to go you said it was illegal therefore that's why you didn't take a picture of it? I mean seriously, again, how many times has it been repeated over and over with many examples given probably some from yourself that even people such as cops and Casino management so-called experts have been totally completely wrong about the actual laws? So all this time you thought it was illegal to own one, but didn't you say you sold it to someone? If so, wouldn't that be something you wouldn't want to admit to or mention online?

Psychopaths can't feel shame, etc, but, sociopaths limit who they show it to. A sociopath will vigorously defend her family, and, even a scam business, while mercilessly finish off any thus threats.

Which is Trump, me, you, the next guy? Likely not entirely one, or the other, if much of either at all.

I thought the only difference between a psychopath and sociopath was that a sociopath is a product of their environment and a psychopath is genetically predisposed to the defining set of behaviors. I'm not clear which classification Kuntstone belongs to, but I'm leaning towards psychopathy rather than sociopathy.

More lies from kew. I believe everyone's understanding him 100% now.

If an item is illegal to be imported into the United States then that's a Federal contraband issue, and it has nothing to do with being legal or illegal in Nevada just because of gaming.

Kew got caught lying about this "shuffler" long ago, only for some reason he's still trying to get more attention out of it even though he knows what a dumbass it makes him look like.

Rob, I'm planning on buying an RV very soon. Unfortunately, they are fresh out of used Newell's . Just kidding, I couldn't pass that one up. But, I'm not kidding about the RV thing. Our last two or three RV rental trips while fishing and whatnot were so enjoyable that I just have to do it before I wake up one day only to realize how much time I wasted not doing the stuff I really enjoy. I'm going to buy the RV in Washington State and leave it on my father's property while looking for some land near the places we want to spend most of our time. Probably near Leavenworth WA(https://www.google.com/search?newwin...ih=579&dpr=1.5) . It's close enough to get to Seattle, but far enough away from Seattle to enjoy the complete Beauty. The land is super pricey directly in or close to Leavenworth so I'll look further out. I looked into some land and small houses along the way to Leavenworth, and I saw some really good deals and contacted a real estate agent.

During our last recent RV trip, we spent much of it alongside rivers and creeks about 20 minutes from here https://www.59erdiner.com/index.html

But who knows, there's so much to explore. At some point in the near future, we plan on doing a month-long RV living to test it out. My wife is super excited about all the possibilities as well. Whatever the case, if anything it will motivate us to more frequently fly to Seattle and spend more time in the beautiful outdoors of the Pacific Northwest, where I grew up and most of my family is from.

We found flights for $29 from Vegas to Seattle, obviously, that doesn't cover baggage and the cost of flying the doggy.

PS I see you can get much better deals in Arizona on RVs.

  17. #3597
Rob, What do you think about this Newell? https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...05990855607734 It needs a little work but if I budget correctly, I think I can swing it.

  18. #3598
I'd think that the issue these days with RVs is the cost of gas. Does the value of those things drop when gas prices are up?

    So it would seem.

A lot of Pacific NW folk are "snowbirds," a term I'm sure you're familiar with.

Many upon retiring spend the rainy / cold season in the desert SW and the rest of the year in the Pac NW.

Most are older folk, and as we all die ... deals are to be found in AZ.

I seem to recall hearing that just as there are car auctions so are there RV auctions where they go really cheap: problem is you need to be in the industry to bid.
    What, Me Worry?

I don't plan on putting a lot of miles into driving. I will mostly be within a few hundred-mile radius. I would think as prices of gas go down the prices of RVs go up. It's hard to say because people also buy them to live in when the cost of living goes up. I would also assume the prices go down in the wintertime.

I'm not buying new since the value decreases so much and we dont know how often we will actually be using it. If we love it and use it as much as we think, I will then upgrade.

I'm looking for a 28'-30' Class A or Class C. Any longer and I dont think my Wife would want to drive it.
