Meantime over at WOV A.Wolf is flailing about trying to come up with some kind of coherent response. As it gets later in the evening and the Cap'N might come more into play, we might get more interesting posts from him.

Axelwolf was drunk 80% of the time I worked with him. He used to have me order his drinks for him, so that he could have two drinks at the same time. Always captain morgan.

If he would take the time read what I post, I would have a little more empathy for what he has to say. As it stands he doesn't read much of anything anyone posts, and gets it wrong constantly. How can someone like that function does even read what comes along with casino offers when he is thinking of capitalizing on a promotion or entering a tournament?

Moses (and btw, I don't think me using his real name now that he has passed and it has been revealed (not by me) is doxing him. I knew it long ago), but Moses on this very forum threatened to find me, take pictures and distribute them to the casinos. He was banned for this. Several months later he showed up at my home trying to get past security. I have no idea what his actual intent was, but it is safe to say it wasn't good.

Mdawg at GF, stated that he had hired a private investigator to find me and information about me. It was just a couple weeks later he doxed me. I don't know if he actually hired a P.I or not, but seemed to know information I don't know how he knew, like the square footage and # of bathrooms in my condo.

Seedvalue just 2 days ago revealed he hired or had someone find me. And this was the new seedvalue going through some issue that seems a little more normal. This one was new to me. I don't know if he actually did this or not. certainly the claims he came up with are not real.

Additionally, there was someone on 2 other forums going by different names (sidthesquid at WoV, and Steve something at a blackjack forum) that were asking the membership of those forums to provide information and/or pictures of me. Both were banned from the forums. I think it possible one or both of these were moses, as this seems to have stopped with his passing. But who knows.

There is more and more trolling and more and more people taking things off forum. If you don't understand that, then I don't know what to tell you. You are not paying attention.

Assume that for years you have developed a strong following on social media which over time has proven very lucrative; assume further that your real identity is unknown, but your screen-name is widely recognized and respected; your blogs, videos and the like have been highly monetized and you are very successful because of it.

Along comes a fiend who using AI creates and posts images of you having sex with a corpse, strangling a Girl Scout, and burning a little kitten; assume AI creates running commentary using your voice, and that it all seems very, very real.

It goes viral: millions see it; the main stream media even picks up on it, publicizing the claims: the cash cow you worked so hard to create is reduced immediately to sub-prime hamburger.

I submit that given the above, the injured party would have a good argument for libel EVEN THOUGH their true name is not known.

Yes exactly. In this instance I allow that whether or not A.Wolf says I have committed uncouth acts is not going to affect whatever it is I am doing online, which doesn't make any money for me anyway, such that damages (harm) might be calculated as nada.

But doesn't mean that a prima facie case isn't made out of libel, just that it can't go anywhere because there is no real harm.

And in the instances you illustrate V, it would have to impact negatively the person's business AND be a false statement.

I could think of a simple example, not even that unseemly as the one you describe. Say one of those models on Instagram not even posting under her real name but her real pictures is raking in at least some money through say sponsored posts or paid partnerships, and it all has to do with how she looks. Then someone starts posting a simple (but false) statement that she's actually an AI model and doesn't even look like that. IF people start abandoning her following, and she loses exposure, there you have it, damages, harm via libel.

FraudJ, none of this matters because you were never doxed. Yes, you can repeat these things to try and show people that you might actually be relevant in some capacity outside of being the monkey in the zoo. These people insulting you - you have no idea who to sue and secondly they have no idea who you even are to slander you.

Their true name may not be known but they have a verifiable persona that has been documented to be real on some level. This persona may even be a source of funds so damages can be proven.

It isn't just the "real name" and in this case goes well beyond it. We are making fun of stories presented to us and no one knows the underlying person beneath it all. On any level.

I more than proved Mdawg doxxed me at the time, which was probably a mistake. At the true passage forum, which he owns or moderates he posted information including my name, address, description of my home, and a couple other things. That remained up for days until I threatened legal action and then some of the info was redacted. Last time I looked some of it had been removed, just as his "mid seven figure mansion" thread was removed. That is because he is associated with that forum. I don't know who else read it. Redeitz was on that forum for a short while, Half Smoke, I know read some things on that forum. i don't know who else.

Last time I was at the forum (I see the link has disappeared from Mdawgs signature) I notice the moderator had weighed in on some issues. He uses the exact same wording and phrases as Mdawg. How odd.

But that wasn't the real damage. The real damage was when Mdawg repeated the information at Gambling Forums and then he and Moses repeated and repeated it over and over again. And shortly after some of this information, including a piece that was slightly incorrect appeared in the database entry. That served as a marker, as to where it came from. If you want to stick your head in the sane and believe that didn't happen...whatever. I am not going to prove it further by reposting the doxing. WTF.

You people are fucked up. Anyone who is an advantage player, whether that is what they do for a living or not should be concerned and pissed about this. And it doesn't matter how you feel about me. That a guy doxxed an AP and is still on forums run by and catering to AP's is fucked up. And that other AP's embrace this guy, because they don't like the person he doxxed more, even more fucked up. But I have come to expect nothing else.

And lets get something straight about this idea that I doxed Mdawg. I repeated some information that someone had given me. It consisted of a name and the online college and law school he attended. I have never said who that was that gave me the info and still won't. The information seemed very credible at the time. A little bit less so now. Maybe 50/50 now. But I did not post anything about where this person lived or anything like that that could put him in danger.

And I had a reason for what I did. This person is not an advantage player, trying to conceal his identity form casinos. He claims he plays rated. Insists they know who he is and love him. So he isn't hiding (for lack of a better term) from the casinos as we AP's are. So who is he hiding from? Well members of the forums who might have a way to look into him and see he is not what he claims. So hardly the same thing.

Dan Druff doesn't like my distinction. And I understand that. Still doxing to some degree, I admit. But hardly the same thing. This person posted information that put me in danger, specifically trying to harm my career and me financially, which he did to some extent. I didn't come close to doing any of that with him. All I did was probably embarrass him some when his educational background became known.

Well, we figured out something that really gets her riled up.

A lot has been said about you. I find it telling that you only focus on a few things. Especially the male prostitute thing. I am inclined to believe the things you focus in on refuting are the one's that hit closest to home.

A sock puppet is a second account pretending to be a different person for the purpose of building credibility where no other real members give that credibilty.

Looking up some difintions you see phrases like this:
1. It is typically used to say good things about oneself while pretending to be somebody else,
2. They are typically used for block evasion, creating false majority opinions, vote stacking, and other similar pursuits.
3. Multiple accounts controlled by the same user can dominate comment forums and spread fake news.

Examples on the gambling forums would be Rob Singer's Jerry Logan, or on this Forum Rob Singer's GirlFriday used to support his opinion that AP's can't get a mortgage when most do. Moses also created a sock puppet account here pretending to be his girlfriend and on other forums pretending to be a friend "tater". Those are sockpuppets.

Examples of multiple accounts that aren't really sockpuppets are 1. Garnabby/bill young and all his accounts and 2. Tasha and most of her accounts. These are just weird multiple accounts, because there is no intent to deceive anyone. Just some strange need to have multiple identities.

I have never created an account trying to deceive anyone or pretend I was someone else, which is what a sock puppet is. I create accounts where I can't post as Kewlj or KJ to say something I want to say. Not only do I not hide who I really am, but I often use something that makes it obvious, knowing I will be banned. because the purpose isn't to deceive anyone, just to say what I want to say. And that will not stop. If I have something to say, I will say it.
