You are flat wrong that conservatives don't like blacks and latinos. This is one sick argument. Conservatives are well aware which race gets the most abortions in this country. They stand on principle not on whether the policy will bring more minorities into the country. Anti-abortion is a moral position and damn whether minorities get more abortions or not. This really shows that conservatives are not the racists they are made out to be by leftists who are the real racists in this country. Dems need a permanent underclass to keep power so they keep minorities on government handouts instead of teaching them to fend for themselves.

Excellent post Mickey! Another reason the right is not racist is because they see blacks and minorities as equal to whites. They want the same rules and standards for everyone...they don’t want people seperated out by race, with different rules and standards for each race.

Liberals (Democrats), on the other hand, see minorities as being lesser human beings; thus, liberals always want to lower the standards and requirements for minorities. This leads minorities to becoming dependent on handouts from liberals, and gives liberals the power they crave. Liberals then keep the poor and minorities down through failed government programs. Btw, liberals only help minorities and poor through taxpayer money...rarely do they do this voluntarily with their own money.

Since Democrats teach the poor and minorities they are lesser human beings and will never be able to survive without their help, the liberals (Democrats) are the real racist.

I would agree with your point if affirmative action was used as it was intended. It was put in place in the 60s (60 years ago) as a temporary fix for past transgressions. It was only supposed to last a couple years until the “playing field” was leveled.

Well now it’s 60 years later and it’s more ingrained in our society than ever before. Today it’s used more as a political device to keep the ruling Democrats in power. Minorities are told they can’t survive without handouts and lowering of standards.

We’ve spent more money on our war on poverty and affirmative action programs than anything else in our society (including our military) and all we’ve done is developed a permanently dependent under class, and this includes whites too. Our inner cities are a total mess thanks to all the Democrats government poverty programs.

Bosox, you might be right about that. I haven’t looked into it in that much detail. There was so much wrong with Obomacare I don’t know where to start. But the biggest killer to this bill was Obama and his groupies wanting to use taxpayer money for their abortions.

Yes, there are many Republicans that believe in the rights of a mother to “choose”, basically kill their unborn baby. But you won’t find any worth their salt that would ever support using government money (basically public money) to pay for this.

Abortion (killing an unborn child) is NOT a health issue. But sadly, that is the way Oboma and his groupies saw it. They believed an “unwanted” child should be put to death with public funds, since they viewed this as health problem to the mother.
