I thought my BlackBerry battery was dying and then died when the phone was shutting down after only about an hour of use, with the battery bars down only one bar...

Then I was told to remove the battery, replace it, so the phone could "reset."

Well, I have an update about my BlackBerry... now it is the battery. I was told I need a new one. But it's difficult to find them as many stores don't carry replacement batteries. I got my phone from T Mobile and they don't stock them. They told me to go to Best Buy. And Best Buy has stopped selling these replacement batteries in their stores. I was told to try the Best Buy website or perhaps there is a local phone store that might still stock them. I was told to try a couple of local stores that sometimes stock replacements.

It's not time for an upgrade so buying the replacement battery is my lowest cost option.
