The biggest problem is the Red Line on the Wall.
You can see it is the exact same wall and red line in the advertisement and the picture with Rob in the Driver Seat.
Same Grey Paint from the Red Line to the Floor.
Another thing to consider is it might be Rob's RV and he's already advertised it for sale.
