Axel, you nailed everything I had written down. My only addition is that if a female uses the old style cursive "L" in the middle initial, then they would likely use the old style "A" to start the last name. Since the first "Argentino" used the old styled "A" things were changed for the second signature (a printed style "A"). There was confusion in the second signing of "Argentino". After the "A" the rg was natural (identical to the first name) then came a correction and a large case "E". Sorry, no one does that in a signature.
