Come on, people?? Enough already. But I'll check in tonight for some more fiction reading.

I do not believe someone spends hours for years punching buttons after they are done playing a game looking for bugs. The way a bug like this is usually found is by accident or by a drunk person, which is how Kane found it.

And to reiterate this bug was not easy to find. The following is from the wired article.

“The forensics investigation of the Game King scam had fallen to John Lasktuky, a 25-year-old clean-cut USC computer engineering graduate.”

“Armed with the surveillance footage of Kane in action, Lasktusky sat at one of the Game Kings in the lab and began experimenting. Within a few days he was able to reliably reproduce the exploit himself.”

Look, I can never prove if Rob spent hours each day looking for a bug or something that looked like bugs. But it doesn’t sound reasonable to me. Apparently, it does to you and unowme. Everybody is entitled to their option.

And this was not the only part of the story that didn’t pass my sniff test. Basically every part of the story made no sense to me. Obviously, it made sense to some people here since Rob has believers. I think it’s more likely the moon landing was a hoax and never happened than Rob exploited the DUB. But again, that’s just my opinion.
Oddly enough, I think it's more likely that Rob found the double up bug and played it over the fact that the Newell he was posing in, is actually his.
I mostly agree with you. Obviously the Newell story makes the DUB story even more unbelievable.

And keeping a pop up pull-behind winnebago and using it for your trips, while you have your $1.5 million dollar Newell sitting in a garage makes no sense, as Kj has already pointed out.

The whole thing gets silly and silly the more you think of it.
It's called getting stuck in the muck. The further you venture back in the pen the deeper the bullshit gets. Grandpa Newell buried himself up to his nostrils. There's no coming back from that.
But like any cockroach he's not gonna disappear on his own. And Bugman Crimm is going to be there like a good little man servant to try and pass a gas mask when he's getting sprayed.

Anyone trying to justify or support any of Singer's claims just stop. Stop.

One day he woke up and said "today I will claim I discovered and played the double up bug. And no one will prove me wrong because there is no information to prove me wrong."

And that's what happened... until he failed to "quit when ahead" and launched his Newell story which led to his unraveling.

Every Napoleon has his Waterloo. Singer has his Newell.

He preached quitting when ahead. He didn't follow his own advice.

It's amazing how dumb and inexperienced in life most of you ate proving to be. We know max has an agenda of jealousy so we'll ignore his lies.

Redietz: SD, Nv., and As. do not require a CDL to drive a private use motor home. What an idiot.

The camper is a 2106fb. How about the truck? Anybody analyze THAT yet? What fools.

Why do we like the camper compared to the Newell that several of you wish we didn't have? Because the truck/camper is far easier to drive, and operating expenses are much much less. Anyone here excited about replacing 8 batteries every four years that cost $600 apiece? You like $850 oil changes? How about 5mpg diesel max? Or maybe you enjoy replacing 8 tires for $7200? Or the 5-figure registration fee??

Who's kidding who? If this stuff bothers me then nobody here would have the stomach or the funds for any of it. And that's not even considering how irritatingly tough it is to drive a right that size after a lifetime of driving Cameos, Corvettes, Chargers etc. Additionally, although it looks new the thing is now old. Anything I get from its sale are DU profits re-appearing. And that's what's getting under your thin skin.

Yeah, the thing is more luxurious than any of our homes and oddly cost more than all of them. But it's still small inside. I bought it because it seemed right at the time (and if I knew how much it agitated kew and max the pathetic I'd have bought two). Today, the camper is an overall better choice for retired people.

Tough love if you can't handle any of it. Just remember losers--while you're sitting there hunkered down under library covid rules trying your best to cope with your RS fascination, we're enjoying every minute in and around the Lake and the Sierras.

    Poor little fools......

Oh Alan--go back to hitting women so you can deal with all this. Remember what you told me when you weren't so invested in hatred.....

I'm just shocked Emmy winning TV journalist and VCB founder Alan Mendelson didn't figure this out years ago.

You forgot Hyundai's....That seems to be your car manufacturer of choice according to your history.

How much are you asking for it? Have you got any pictures? Asking for a friend.

I'm not 100% convinced that's a 2106 fb. Those usually have the entry step between the wheels and the tongue of the trailer. I'm really thinking it's the 1706 fb. That has the entry step between the back of the trailer and wheels.
You surely wouldn't be trying to stretch your Micro Minnie Winnie by 4'. Sort of like taking that 5.5" incher and adding 4. Would you?
Could you take a better side view pic of the camper?

It's amazing how much education I am getting on the camper world.

  8. #188
People that buy new Newells don't even factor in the operating expenses. That's the kind of shit fixed income Minnie Winnie buyers think about when deciding whether or not to spend the extra $2k for 4 more feet.

    WISE UP

And they don't buy second model from the bottom pickup trucks.

    Also Newells get 8mpg.

Profits reappearing sounds dumber than soft profits.

So what you are saying is that the purchase was a mistake and you regret it?
I understand Buyers Remorse all too well as I live with it daily as I always seem to buy high and sell low.
It's not my fault, I was born this way.

That’s just being mean and piling on, but I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time.

Grandpa Newell has been piling on since the early days of his internet existence. He can take it.

Plus dude is a hardened veteran of taking shit. RV'ing looks like fun and games. Until someone has to take a dump.

I don't want to pile it on either but Mr Singer can't win. If he ever proves he really bought the Newell with CASH as he claimed, I will be the first to file with all of Mr Singer's own statements including the video.

    Sorry Mr Singer.

Here's a good one. There was this Canadian fellow Daniel Corriveau, who in 1994 won 600K playing electronic keno when he realized that the machine was seeded with the same random number every time it was powered off. It so happened Casino Montreal powered off that machine every night when they vacuumed. He picked 19 of 20 numbers three times in a row AND he was cleared of any wrongdoing AND collected his money. That major flaw made it out of QA on a hardened machine.

That’s interesting! Thanks for posting the link unowme.

I think we might have spotted the next bug Rob has exploited. It’s called the Montreal Casino keno bug.
More likely to find this sort of thing on a cryptocurrency gambling site. The software isn't very mature and a lot of small time development going on with lax QA.
Do we communicate on another venue?

So we should give him a free ride? Tell that to certain people he's damaged over the years. Its payback time.

Since you would still not have seen his tax returns you would have no way of knowing what he claimed as income. That's unsupported speculation. "The IRS is looking for solid information, not an “educated guess” or unsupported speculation. We are also looking for a significant Federal tax issue - this is not a program for resolving personal problems or disputes about a business relationship."
