Thread: Proof Casino's 'rig' machines

  1. #1
Thanks for having me. Like your videos Alan nice blog. I have read and talked to Rob over the years and I agree with his strategy. I do think the vp machines have incorporated new technology, especially the multi game machines and 'server' based machines, to alter hold %. They just dont 'play' the way they used to in my opinion.
Anyhow came across this bit of news from Atlantic City. Trump Plaza is in bankruptcy and is rumored to be closing when the new Revel Casino opens this spring. My take is they gaffed their machines, were caught and paid a paultry fine. If thats what the penalty for cheating players is, why wouldn't they cheat ?

OceancityMD thank you for joining and for posting. I read the article but I don't think this applied to video poker? Also, it appears from the article that the machines were not registered properly with the state and I'm not sure it means these machines were "rigged."

I also don't know the denominations of the machines or if the reported "win" on the machines was unusual.

Rhodie, why don't you just come out and tell us about your business? Perhaps give us some tips for your industry?
