It’s the one with the Bingo Card. Image someone found a VP game with a 105% payback and starts patting his own back thinking he smarter than the rest of us. The truth is that someone doesn’t understand how Class II gaming machines work.
The simplest way to explain a Class II gaming machine is to compare it to a pull-tab. Yes, people do win money via pull-tabs and bingo, etc.
I was talking to a hustler and he was telling me how he made $2,000 the other day. I told him I wasn’t there so I didn’t see it (notice I did not call him a liar). You see the photos of big wins; you don’t see the losing bets. And when you see a Bingo Card, you have to ask why is that hustler playing a Class II device?
You have to ask yourself how is it any different if that hustler put up a photo of a Scratcher with a $320 prize.
As a point of reference, Scratchers in CA generally have an EV of $0.50 (per dollar wagered).
