That's it. We both do exactly that. I'm glad there is something we can do that is both profitable and easy to remember - let the accountants and lawyers memorize a ton of rules for their living.

I notice everyone does the math on 18 yo's in a row and the occurrence of that event changes or the odds go up compared to only rowing one yo per roll.
The odds of 18 yo's in a row are 39,346,408,075,296,537,575,424 to 1 of occurring according to Mike at WoV.
Don't the odds go up when we are talking about two dealt Royals inside a small window of hands dealt?
Last night I was playing a 5 dollar, single line machine and I was being dealt 3 Babies and Aces constantly.
I flopped 4 Kings, Aces, 10s and Deuces.
Pretty sick actually as if I was playing the 100 play Double Bonus, as I do, when a certain Casino is open, I would of crushed them.
I also had 4 to the Royal Dealt 4 times which is kinda huge on a 100 play game although I have had air many times with that draw.
I guess being dealt the joint a few days ago makes up for those goofy misses.
My record prior was 7 Royals out of a draw of 100 hands.
That Casino probably changed the point days and structure anyway and probably won't be opening anytime soon.
Anyways, back to my Weight Loss Fasting Topic lol as I have been slacking on the reporting.
I've missed 3 days of reporting geesh...
I'm just going to write up a lazy synopsis instead.

    Day 23, 24 and 25
    8/18/2020 to 8/20/2020
    Weight = 254.4

I've been doing pretty good with 16 to 24 hours of Fasting.
However, I have been eating more and some bigger meals.
I've been out playing more longer hours and the 1000 to 1300 calories weren't enough.
One of these days I had a T-Bone Steak and a bunch of fixings.
Yesterday I had a 12 ounce Salmon Steak with Royal Blend Rice and Kidney Beans.
I also had a huge Egg Breakfast on the 3rd day missing with Fried Potatoes.
    1 day out of 3 I had a smoothie.
I had a few cups of Cottage Cheese.
One of these days I had a Turkey Sandwich with mustard and one slice of Swiss Cheese.
    Multi - Grain Bread.
I've also had a few V8s and a couple cups of coffee with cream and sugar which isn't an everyday thing for me now.
Cheated with one orange popsicle, some chocolate and 1/2 can of soda in these 3 days.
Nothing wrong with having some small amounts of this stuff and I don't plan on abusing it.
Too lazy at the moment to list everything and do the averages.
Weight has stayed the same though at 254 for 4 days.
Combination of no exercise and higher calories and some Wall I am sure.
I'm pretty happy with my pace though and to be honest it is probably too fast for weight loss.
Just about 22 pounds in 25 days.
I've been slacking on the juicing and smoothies though.
Really trying to work on hitting this progressive but can only play it on certain days.

Guy lost 4 pounds on the first day of the diet. Sounds like it was an explosive day.

What the Fuck is your problem?
I actually started a little prior to that first day and the records have a 24 hour lag so you are looking at 48 to 56 hours prior to the Posted Start Date where it actually began.
I didn't record in that period of time and I didn't post about it as I wasn't sure if I was going to post about it or get serious about losing weight.
I didn't eat very many calories on those initial days and I drank a ton of water.
Next, you're going to tell me I didn't flop a 36k Spin Poker Royal on Dollars and I didn't Flop a 100k Royal on 25 cent Hundred Play.
11 days apart from each other.
I guess this 4,000 dollar massage chair in my living room is a figment of my imagination like the 40,000 dollar F 250 in my driveway.
Because I am nothing but a No Good Lying Piece of Shit.
Go bother Tasha or someone else... I never initiate a conversation with you and I don't discredit you.
I don't even post or create threads in the wrong subsections.
I'm over here in the "whatever's on your mind section" and here you are doing nothing but giving me shit and trolling.
    Go Fuck Yourself!

Whoa. I figured you just weighed yourself on a full stomach the first day and after you took a dump the second day or something. Didn’t call you a liar. Now if you want to know what is wrong with me I’m overweight myself, there’s this mole that’s a little too big that I might get removed. I get aches/pains sometimes in one ankle, one knee, one shoulder, one wrist for an old data entry job. I can move a bone in my wrist that I shouldn’t be able to move because when I broke my wrist in 8th grade playing basketball and returned to the court I would take out the metal guard that was supposed to be inside the soft cast so that I could rotate my wrist to shoot the ball. Never set correctly.

I guess I am just an asshole. I guess I can’t comment on Monets Utah trip or he might get upset. I guess I can’t stick up for Tasha when Keystone etc make terrible remarks because I’m supposed to be the bad guy. I guess hockey isn’t just soccer on ice with a bunch of fruit booters skating around in ovals chasing a black circle. Fuckin A.

Yes, that's right Monet. Let's throw an example of this up for the other readers (attention Monopoly Game Piece thread posters/readers - I'm posting this in the 18 hour thread;I realize you guys wanted this posted in your thread, but too bad):

Scenario 1: the probability of catching exactly two dealt royals in two dealt royal cycles (2*649,740 or 1,299,480 hands) is 0.27 (3.7 to 1)
Scenario 2: the player is on Fi-Ya and catches exactly two dealt royals in just 1000 hands (roughly an hour of play) ?! Well this has only a 0.00000118 chance of happening or odds of 846,468.5 to 1 (versus odds of 3.7 to 1 in Scenario 1)

    Quite a difference.

    Interesting... Math is Fun?
    Monopoly is the Devil.

    Day 26
    8/21/2020
    Weight = 254

    Fasted 25 Hours
Trying to keep this at the OMAD level for a few days.

    Day 26 Intake

1 Ribeye Steak pan fried in Cast Iron with 1 stick of a Butter Bath (1200)
    Baby Bella Mushrooms (50)
Rice and Beans with Garlic (400)
1 Cup of Cottage Cheese (225)
1 Cup of Black Coffee (50)

    Daily Calories = 1925

A bit too tired to calculate all the averages.
Hopefully I will get back on track with a more detailed report.
Hoping to sleep 8 hours minimum.

Thanks but this last week I am starting to lose some focus.
Life and serious decisions have been getting in the way a bit.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------

    Day 27
    8/22/2020
    Weight = 256

Broke the fast early this day as I went out to the desert to shoot my M1A.
Unsure of what I am actually doing but I was able to hit all the targets I had set up.
We shot 120 rounds of mid-grade ammo.
The scope that came with this gun was loosening on both ends.
The Elevation Turret came completely loose and just spins for the time being as I have to tighten it up.
Better than the first time I shot the rifle over 3 years ago though as it was off to the left tremendously.
Now it seems I just have to aim a hair to the lower right with the reticle.
I'm worse than a noob so I basically have to learn from ground zero.
I had a shell find its way under my right forearm and burn me pretty good lol.

I adjusted my averages which could be off slightly.
Had a bit of weight gain as I decided to eat more this last week.

    Day 27 Intake

    2 Bananas (210)
    1 Turkey/Roast Beef Sandwich (640)
1/2 Cup of Sunflower Seeds (320)
1 Cup of Yogurt with Honey (140)
1 Cup of Cottage Cheese (225)
16 Ounces of Orange Juice (280)

    Daily Calories = 1815

    Running Totals

    Weight Loss = 20lbs
Daily Average of Calories = 1460
Daily Sleep Average = 7.0 hours
Daily Intermittent Fasting Average = 17 hours

    Day 28
    8/23/2020
    Weight = 256

A minor set back losing a little over 10k.
Good news is that the progressive is still active and I pushed it up.
Bad news is that I haven't spun it off yet.
Fasted longer but not long enough at about 17 hours.

    Day 28 Intake

Kidney Beans with Shredded Pork (800)
Turkey and Roast Beef Sandwich (640)
    1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds (320)
    20 oz Smoothie (440)

    Daily Calories = 2200

Daily Sleep Average = 7.0 hours
Daily Intermittent Fasting Average = 17 hours

    Day 29
    8/24/2020
    Weight = 254

I haven't been exercising at all in the last week.
I need to get on a more regular exercise routine.
I made about 16 quarts of a vegetable pork soup.
Basically, the same thing as Beef Vegetable Soup only with Pork instead of Beef.
I am certainly going up in Daily Caloric Intake.
Might need a 3 to 7 day Juice Fast to lower my average.
I'm happy with my results so far without too much exercise.
It's not good to lose too much weight too fast and I'm ahead of my pace for 50lbs in 90 days.

    Day 29 Intake

    1 Bowl of Soup (450)
    Walnuts and Sunflower Seeds (550)
    1 Turkey Sandwich (400)
1 Cup of Cottage Cheese (225)
    Greek Yogurt with Honey (275)
1 Cup of Kidney Beans (225)

    Daily Calories = 2125

    Weight Loss = 22lbs

We are the same height and same build character. I can totally relate to these totals and results.
Your basal metabolic rate is somewhere around 2200 calories/day. If you're at 250 or so pounds. It will decrease to around 2000 as you lose down to the 220 pound range.

It all comes down to every 3500 calories off the base rate making you one pound lighter. Sounds easy but the shit is hard if you like to eat. I like eating and I like big meals. It's actually amazing how little food you actually need once you realize how this all directly works together. Especially when you are someone that spends a lot of time sitting at machines for an occupation.

50 pounds in 90 days seems aggressive. I kind of think 6 months is more ideal for that. Otherwise you'll probably burn yourself out. Unless you incorporate copious amounts of exercise into the program. Which will allow you to eat more.

    Anyhow this is interesting.

I plan to start getting more serious about the exercise.
I'd be at the Gym if they didn't have so many rules and they had the Locker Rooms, Steam Room, Sauna and Whirlpool opened.
What bothers me is they are going to expect their annual due payment in full and on time.
Not that it is a big deal as I pay 110 for the year for 2 separate gym memberships but I haven't gone since March 2020.
I have about another 5 to 6 weeks to wait to get my Concept 2 Rowing Machine.
I bought a basketball but all the 24 hour fitness courts are closed.
So I will play some by myself outside when the weather cools down to burn some calories as well.
I agree that 50 pounds in 90 days probably does my body more harm than good.
I find it interesting how I have been creeping up in caloric intake.
The first 20 days I had no problem going low.
In the last 9 days I have been losing some self control and eating more.
Perhaps that is my body telling me that I need more protein, fat and calories.
When I play machines it is the easiest thing for me though as I hardly think about eating.
I have my mind right though so that it is the important thing as I am dedicated to change my eating behavior.
I too love to eat lol.
That kind of goes with the Vegas Lifestyle.

Good rule of thumb for BMR, is your weight in lbs, times 10-12 depending on many factors. 10 is very conservative especially for men with average/above lean mass. Anything under 2500 calories for you at this point is a caloric deficit. Even with little activity.

    Day 30
    8/25/2020
    Weight = 253

Back On Track, as I fasted a bit longer and didn't eat as much.
Today, on the 26th, I actually weighed in at 252.4 lbs this morning.
I've only eaten/drank a 20 oz smoothie and a 20 oz glass of carrot juice so far.
I feel a bit stronger today, so probably push it a bit as not taking in too many calories.
I am cheating with the Carrot Juice as I got lazy and purchased the stuff in the Bottles.
70 calories x 6 for that Dead Juice so that is 420 Calories if I drink one a day.
I guess it has to have some value and nutrition but I'm sure it has lost a lot compared to making it fresh with my Greenstar Pro.
I've read that it sits too long as is pasteurized which kills a lot of the nutrition.
Anyways, that's how I am rolling for the next few days.
Adding Soy Milk to the Smoothies for the taste and protein.
Probably drink some boxed OJ as well as I am being lazy.
Most likely will eat a regular size bowl of soup as I have plenty of leftovers.
    Freeze the rest I suppose.

    Day 30 Intake

    1 Bowl of Soup (400)
1 Salad with Honey Mustard (100)
    2 Cans of Sardines (280)
8 oz Glass of OJ (130)
    20 Raw Almonds (140)
2 Cups of Coffee with Sugar and Almond Milk (150)

    Daily Calories = 1200

    Running Totals

    Weight Loss = 23lbs
Daily Average of Calories = 1499
Daily Sleep Average = 7.0 hours
Daily Intermittent Fasting Average = 17 hours

I compared the weight loss of the 30 Day Juice Fast to this type of fasting.
Although I drank more calories in the form of Juice for 30 days, it is clearly different than eating calories for weight loss.
For 30 days of drinking Fresh Juice only I lost 36 pounds.
On this type of Fasting I had disruptions and less self control.
I felt a bit weaker and tired on some days compared to drinking about a gallon of juice per day.
On the Juice Fast I was able to quit caffeine altogether after about day 2.
During this fast I had more cravings for a coffee, coke or maybe two coffees.
Personally I think Juice Fasting is better for my body all around and I felt like I could go much longer than the 30/31 days I did.
However, this isn't so bad either as I can still eat in moderation and lose weight.
Currently I have lost 23 pounds on this type of Fasting compared to 36 pounds of Juice Only.
That's a 13 pound differential but it might be more healthy to lose weight slower according to the experts.
Most people who do different types of fasting say they lose the most weight on Juice Fasting Only.
The nice thing about that is you still get an overload of nutrients.
In the end you have to decide what is best for you and your body.
I plan to continue on with this IF Plan and incorporate some Juice Fasting eventually.
I also plan to keep updating this thread/journal.

    Day 31
    8/26/2020
    Weight = 253

    Felt stronger today.
Didn't do much as I am still searching property in AR, TN and now MS.
I was surprised to see how much further your dollar goes in Mississippi.
I never considered it till just recently.
Really good gun laws in AR and MS as you can carry without any permits.
No background bullshit to buy person to person either.
Nevada changed a few years ago and is starting to turn into California.
Kinda upsetting to me actually because if you drive across the Hoover Dam into Arizona the rules change.
I am having a difficult time bringing myself to leaving Las Vegas.
I know that all signals are pointing in the direction that it is best to do so but it certainly feels difficult.
I suppose it wouldn't be so bad as I would only be about 2 hours or less to the Gulf where they have legal Casinos as well.
Not sure if I would invest my time but I could go to the Gulf and scout them out while on a Family Trip.
    Anyways...

    Day 31 Intake

    1 Bowl of Soup (400)
    1 20 oz Smoothie (400)
30 ozs of Carrot Juice (330)
    30 Raw Almonds (210)

    Daily Calories = 1340

    Day 32
    8/27/2020
    Weight = 253

    Fasted for 17 hours.
Felt like eating more early in the evening.
I just listened to my body and consumed more food than scheduled.
Almost 2 weeks now with no exercise or walk.
Took about a week off from going to any Casinos as well.
    Lazy.

    Day 32 Intake

    24 ozs of OJ (330)
2 Cups of Cottage Cheese (280)
    30 Raw Almonds (210)
1 Big Salad with Boiled Chicken (600)
    1 Bowl of Soup (350)
1 Cup of Greek Yogurt with Honey (220)
    1 Cup of Coffee (75)

Sounds like your lack of energy, is correlated, with your 5 pound a week average weight loss and low caloric intake.
