Thread: I hope Cache Creek makes it

  1. #1
I just got back home from Cache Creek casino to meet up with a buddy who was driving his RV from Lincoln City to his winter nesting place.

CC is a ghost town; just really sad to see this casino in this state. I remembered when Thunder opened and CC lost half of its business. The expansion plans were postponed and the convention center never got built.

Then Graton opened and CC never recovered because CC lost a lot of the Bay Area traffic. The biggest problem is rural highway Route 16 that leads to the casino. Unfortunately Route 16 floods during the raining season, which starts next month. Oh well.

I did speak with some employees and they said it was a cyber attack that led to the shut down.

    I hope CC makes it.

They got nerfed by other casinos Covid and hackers. Couldn’t happen to nicer people.
