Thread: Warning sign at a casino

  1. #1
I am getting texts & PMs, etc that a certain casino is missing hustlers. So I responded back: Get out of there ASAP!!

I will start off with a few casino traps that most are aware of:

    1) Reciprocity
the casinos offers you free play ... for most of the casino customers, it’s a trap.

“Simply put, people are obliged to give back to others the form of a behavior, gift, or service that they have received first.”

    Please see this website: https://www.influenceatwork.com/prin...n/#reciprocity

    2) Background checks

The casino will have your DL if you used it to open an account, win a W2G, etc. They will most likely have your car and license plate number if you park in their garage. Your face is being stored in a computer and they most likely know you based on your “biometrics”.

That credit card used to secured a comped hotel room or pay for a meal is being stored somewhere.

If you used the casino WIFI and look up certain websites like VCT, you will be logged.

If you are on the casino floor, you are being filmed. It only takes seconds for surveillance to find you and just minutes later before a group of security shows up in front of you; typically 4 people including Supervisor and his partner and two keystone clowns in uniform. You are being surrounded and filmed so don’t be stupid. Never talk to the clowns ... only talk to the Supervisor and make the Supervisor prove his case.

Some casinos will even run background checks on you.

    3) Heat

Heat for a card counter may not be the same as heat for a scavenger. For a card counter, you can still play bonus slots but no live BJ; however, you are even allowed try your luck on other beatable carny games but again no live BJ. In my neck of the woods, when security approaches you with a clipboard, you will be asked to disappear for some time. Some are nice to give you one hour to burn your comps and free slot play balance. But then out you go.

    4) Periodical Reports

Some reports are daily, some weekly, some monthly, some quarterly, etc. The marketing department runs reports; other departments run reports, etc. Don’t get yourself on any on these reports until you are friends with the key decision maker.

So when you go to a casino in my neck of the woods with a history of 86’ing hustlers and you don’t see the typical top hustlers on a busy day during prime time, that is a sign to leave ASAP. You could be guessing you’re in luck that your competition caught the Wuhan Virus and you now have this candy store all to yourself. Or, it could be the casino is in a cleaning mode and bringing out the Ban Hammer.

My advice: Just leave and come back in a few months after the casino forgot about you. The casino is not going anywhere.

In one unnamed casino, some of the top 10 speed stoppers are missing. No one has spotted them for weeks. We have games like Cash Bull so we know who the top speed stoppers are. When the Cash Bull is near a certain number, you can spot these top speed stoppers loitering and camping out to see who will jump in at the lowest number. We call it a ballet watching them dancing around the Cash Bull so this would be Cash Bull Ballet night. Now, it’s different.

    Good luck.

I like how you referenced Cash Bull with your bullshit. You have to be wound up tighter than a 10 year cuckoo clock.

If you have a rapport with other hustlers you would know whats going on through the grapevine.
"More importantly, mickey thought 8-4 was two games over .500. Argued about it. C'mon, man. Nothing can top that for math expertise. If GWAE ever has you on again, you can be sure I'll be calling in with that gem.'Nuff said." REDIETZ

Interesting. My local casino won't even ban the lady using multiple player cards.

LOL... So you're saying that you should leave when competition is absent? Yeah... ok....

The thing about the Casino having Identification when you sign up for a Player's Club Card reminds me of the IDIOTS who robbed a Casino Cage for BIG money, like $20,000 each and then went home.... These IDIOTS were caught because they used their Player's Club Cards before doing the BIG Robbery. STUPID! The Cops were at each of their houses when they went to their houses.

They were stupid in more than one way. Stupid to use their Player's Club Cards before doing a BIG Robbery and stupid to go home right after the BIG Robbery. They MIGHT have gotten away clean if they didn't use the Player's Club Cards before doing this Robbery. At least if they had gone to a Hotel in another City to hide out they wouldn't have been such idiots.

Take comfort in the fact that no one is actually backing up his wishes to have you permanantly banned.

Smart is knowing a Tomato is a fruit.

Wise is knowing a Tomato doesn't belong in a fruit salad.

I am glad to get my full posting rights back! Thank you Dan!
