That somewhat makes sense, but what doesn't make sense is that a guy would go around wasting his time commenting on what others have posted, all the time offering no evidence whatsoever to back up what he has to say. Regarding a definition of an advantage player, I do not limit it to only one facet of life as in gaming alone. A person's position in life is the summation of many parts of the equation. Why should it be limited to gaming alone? For example, speaking of Blackhole who can take his wife on a luxury vacation whenever he wants and both of them enjoy themselves without concern of winning/losing or just spending some money is, in fact, an Advantage Player every time in my book. I don't think theres anything wrong with calling out AP's and BS. However, it seems reasonable, and I would expect smart people to look at some logical evidence, the number and quality of people who can verify certain things, the totality of what someone is saying..... and then be someone what objective. To this day, you have yet to point out anything specific, and that's fine, but I'm just saying, I have never made any totally outrageous claims. Very few times have I mentioned specific numbers or the exact details of 99% of things I have found and played. I have gotten the feeling, even if you thought something I said made sense and added up, you would go out of your way to claim it's BS just because you have a problem with me. And that's ok too, I don't expect everyone to like me.

I didn't ask anything be paid in advance. I asked that he come up with a legit way to guarantee payment if I should succeed before I got started. HE SAID HE WOULD. I gave some good suggestions but he made excuses why he didn't want to do it that way. He can still tell us how he was going to guarantee payment and come up with a fair way to judge and we can move forward.

I asked that he prove he even has 5k to spare via one quick transition with Mike or someone. MDawg hasn't ever made one transaction with anyone on the forums and has no history with anyone we know, that he is honorable.

No, I don't recall such a phrase, but I do recall a prof had a dog named "Trover," and in first year contracts we thought the following was clever: "She offered her honor, he honored her offer and was on her and off her all night."

The fact is, I had a lot of fun taking the bar review course.

For those who don't know, most aspiring lawyers take a cram course shortly before taking the bar exam; I took one that lasted about six weeks, and was out of town.

Most of my fellow students opted to live in a dorm on campus; I opted for off campus, and boy did I luck out.

Turns out the person in the room next to me was an 18 year old gal who quickly turned into an accomodating bed partner: we split our time studying (she was on her way to being a doctor, a goal she did achieve), seeing the sights, and fucking.

All in all the perfect way to prepare for the bar exam: I took the exam relaxed and at ease, and aced it.

As I recall I finished Bar Review and the bar exam was a few months away. I decided that I was going to study every day, all day long, once Bar Review was over. Then I'd wake up each morning and goof off, and not do much of anything day in day out, other than worry about the fact that I wasn't studying. Finally I realized that I just wasn't going to study at all until closer to the exam. That took a load off my mind, as then I was able to spend the days going to the gym or whatever and not keep thinking that I should be studying.

I stayed in touch with some of my professors via email, and one of them kept saying that she would have no sympathy for me if I didn't get going with the studying.

Just two weeks before the exam I poured it on and started going to the library and sitting there studying all day, every day. I liked the library because it was quiet and I knew I'd study once I got there. Mostly I used flash cards with whatever I wanted to memorize written on the back, until I knew it all cold. Keep in mind that the CA bar exam is three days and the hardest in the country. Compare to most other states where the bar exam is a relative cake walk.

I am sure I did well, even though they don't tell us what our exact score was, as you know, just pass fail, but one of my answers was picked as a model answer so I know I must have done well.

Afterwards I emailed that professor and asked her how her boy had done, I actually used more or less those exact words because there was this kiss ass in her class that was her favorite that she used to always champion, and she had already mentioned to me in more than one email that he had been studying hard and long, saying that I should be doing the same. I already knew that he had failed, and not only rubbed that in her face but indirectly asked her out in the same email. She was actually quite hot. She never wrote back to me.
