    You're splitting hairs.

The fact that you continue to protest your innocence only indicates your guilt.

MDawg challenged that you could not replicate the evidence he provided.

You haven't, and you can't, so he was right about you.

You lost that challenge, that's why you didn't get paid.

You can take another shot at a challenge.

Start posting your photos same as MDawg did...put up or shut up.

MDawg, no denying this following fact, you do not even have to fight your own battles on two sites you have a puppet to do it all for you. No one else can make that claim. Your loyal man deserves his own song tribute, possibly this one.

No, you were not right. I was not following that closely but if I recall you were going to make it all but impossible for Axel to accomplish the job. Requiring him to write up to 3 years of trip reports to even be considered, all bullshit.

You are correct, Axel could not have successfully completed the challenge.

The terms required Axel to replicate MDawg's trip reports, documents, photos, etc
such that they could not be detected by judges as fake, when compared to what MDawg provided.

That included 3 years of trip reports, since that's what MDawg provided.

It was bullshit for Axel to claim that it all could be faked.

  6. #126
Besides that, also, AxelWolf accepted all of the terms and just kept pressing for me to put up the money. If as Bosox says "it was all B.S.," then why did AW accept all the terms so readily and then just keep pushing for me to put up the money? Unless...just maybe...he just wanted to get his hands on the money with no intention of performing. Or, wanted me to put up the money and then later ask for the terms to be changed.

Originally Posted by MDawg View Post

And then, when I said that I would consider it, you jumped all over it like it was a life or death matter. When someone says he will do something or consider doing it, next time, just let him do it. By trying to pressure me after I said I was open to the idea you made me very suspicious.

And then the other big issue is that we hadn't even agreed on the terms for the wager yet. That you were pressing me to put up the money before we even agreed was also suspicious. Sure you paid lip service to agreeing to some of the terms and yeah yeah yeahed me as to other terms, but you have habit of saying you will do things and later reconsidering, so until we had an ironclad agreement as to all terms and judges there was no way I was going to put up money only to then be further pressured into accepting terms with which I didn't agree, while my money was on the line and being held.

Just to give you two examples of where you agree to do something...and later renege...the watch with the Wizard. You made an irrevocable sight unseen offer to buy it for 5500, then later, without knowing any new information, before you found out that my offer had been 4500 and not 5000, you came back and added the qualifier "only if it's a good deal."

And then just here, with Blackhole, you jumped the gun saying you would post all sorts of verifying financial information, then a day or so later reconsidered and decided not to do it.

The point is - that you often shoot off your mouth then later reconsider. My advice is to think long and hard before you propose anything, that way you don't look bad and indecisive.

Given your history of...to put it politely...reconsidering on your word, there is no way I would even consider putting up a nickel for any challenge or wager involving you until you agreed on all terms absolutely.

    Really?

    How strange.

Bar Review courses are typically taken immediately after graduating from law school, and are timed so that they end a day or two before the first day of the bar exam.

If I had taken the bar exam the day after bar review, I definitely would not have done as well. I'd go so far as to say I might have failed.

Here is a tip if you have any kids who end up going to law school: have them take bar review after their first year of law school, during the summer. Not for purposes of passing the bar. Just trust me on this one - I didn't do it, but a lawyer suggested this to me at some point, and said that he made it to Law Review and started AMJUR'ing his classes after he did that, and that before that he often felt lost in law school. This lawyer, an older guy, who said this to me went to one of the top law schools in the country. Looking back, I can see how that might've been solid advice.

You keep claiming it was a con on my part, yet you cant come up with a legit way I could have conned him, UNLESS HE THINKS MIKE WOULD HAVE STOLE HIS MONEY.

I never demanded escrow, I said I wouldn't move forward unless he came up with a legit way to guarantee payment. You are an idiot if you don't understand that(you're an idiot anyways but that's besides the point).
No one reasonable would be willing to go though that much effort in hopes that some anonymous figure on the internet, a guy known to makeup a bunch of outrageous claims
would hand them over 5k. He said he would, yet he never did he just kept wanting to talk about it and make up more clauses about what I could, and could do. Apparently I couldn't use Photoshop and I couldn't use anything real. Does that sound like a legit offer?

I didn't lose the challenge because he never made a legit challenge in the first place, anyone who isn't a moron could see this. I have proof he wanted to back out prior to that.

He was suspended for not putting up or shutting up, and making a BS offer he never has any intentions following though with. It's obvious Mike was and others were getting sick of his continued stalling. If I had to guess, Mike told him to find a way to guarantee payment within x time or take a suspension. He backed out, not me. He could have just found a way... LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD. Isn't he supposed to be an attorney? You would think that contract guarantees and this kind of stuff would be right up his alley(like your nose is up his ass). The fact that he couldn't, and wouldn't even prove he had $5,000, says something. That says he's a broke ass b**** living in his families basement living off other people's lives and pretending it is own. He spends his days and nights using fake stock trading apps passing them off as real.

Again, initially, that's all I asked, That he just proved he even has $5,000 to spare. All these pictures of cash and chips are meaningless especially since I think it's all coming from the person he works for or a family member(Just like B79'S BS was, who MDwag has a lot in common with )

He demanded people put up $50,000 just to watch him play Baccarat(that sounds like a con/ploy me) and yet you somehow think it's absurd for me to ask for a guarantee when it comes to a significant undertaking to the complete that challenge. Let's talk about why and how putting up 50,000 on deposit in a casino of his choice could lead to exposing someone's identity and other sensitive information and how you could find out one's identity. Perhaps I'll make a thread about it. (How do you make threads here, I don't even remember, I'm not sure if I ever have?)

You didn't want him to put up the 5k, because, as you stated before, you didn't care if anyone got paid or not. I'm quite certain you would have been elated to see someone successfully complete the challenge and not get paid, that's exactly what you wanted to have happen. I don't care who it is, I would never be happy to see someone earn, win or complete something and then get stiffed. I would care. That just goes to show what type of person you really are.

I don't have to put photos of s*** Jack shit up, I have a real people in real life that can vouch for me. I'm not trying to convince anybody I'm a High Rollin multimillionaire, baccarat playing, stock trading aficionado. I've said it before, I'm very comfortable I have enough money to do and buy what I want when I want (obviously within reason) and I haven't had to work a real job since the 90's.

Better yet, incoming first year students should reach out to and contact folks who graduated the preceding year and who took a bar review course; the newbies should buy from them a copy of the materials the bar review attendee received and have it in their possession to review from the time they start law school until they finish.

In other words, don't take the course initially, just get your mits on the written materials; fuck me, but I wish I'd done that.

As the materials are all grouped by category, it is a great way to help learn about course subjects while taking the course, e.g. contracts, torts, real property: having the materials while you are taking the class will definitely make things easier.

It was absolutely a con on your part, everybody realizes that,
your reputation as a con man precedes you.

You've been disgraced, all of your convoluted whining is more evidence of your guilt,
and will even further negatively impact your reputation.

    This was explained earlier....

You demanded that the bonus money be escrowed in advance of your participation.

You have a relationship with the Wizard that extends beyond the scope of MDawg's.

Wiz is biased in favor of your ability to successfully complete the challenge,
even though you haven't produced any material, and he hasn't reviewed all of MDawg's material.

Wiz is not impartial, his objectivity is compromised, his judgement is questionable.

So he is predisposed not to return the money.

What have I written above that is not a truthful reporting of what transpired?

But hey, you can redeem yourself...start posting what you said you could...put up or shut up.

I'll bet that you'll neither put up or shut up. Wanna bet?

Yes I mean for example when I went to school for torts we called it actual cause and legal cause. Perhaps when you went to law school they still called it cause in fact and proximate cause? Anyway, looking back I had not much idea of the difference between actual cause and legal cause practically right up until finals. If I had taken bar review during law school it would have solidified my understanding of all that sooner. Of course, torts is first semester first year, but anyway, you get the idea.

I still have my bar review books I was still looking at them for some time after graduating, for areas of law outside of my expertise, at least, for the basics anyway. Those books meant a lot to me and pretty much summarized my understanding for purposes of black letter law, of those particular subjects, at that time.

    They're a great outline.

I wonder how much money you could make if you put the word out at nearby law schools that you are willing to sell a copy to law students?

Of course, if the bar review people found out they'd go after you, but hey, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Yes, if only it were true.

Aside from that, let me ask you directly, since your basement sharing butt buddy loves to answer for you. Do you think Mike would have kept/taken/stole your money had you put it in escrow with him?

Apparently, they do. "Today’s funeral caskets have the option to come equipped with specialty drawers that allow you to incorporate a uniquely personal touch. Located on the lid or side panels, these memorial drawers are similar to ones you might find in a jewelry chest—small, elegant, and perfect for holding mementos that signify a lifetime of happiness."

What's your point? Lots of people come to town for SB and they are interested in doing dinner, hanging out, going to a party, having a get together, watching the game, they might need a room or comp somewhere. I'm obviously not discussing times and locations out in the open, and that's why I asked them to PM me if they were interested.

LOL and here we have definitive proof that AxelWolf is a tattle tale rat who complains to the Wizard via PM. It's always the weasels who try to accuse others who are themselves going behind others' backs being informants.

Not only that, but I didn't misquote anything. I'm sure what AxelAss did is claim to the Wizard that I lifted the quote from VCT, now only to find that his weak memory couldn't recall that he called me a Baccarat aficionado at WOV too.

In any case, Monet was right about this punk!

I would be SHOCKED if the charges are dropped. AxelAss is now a verified informant and he's not going to drop the charges.
