The video feed could be faked and I have a feeling its his bosses account or something like that. Even if someone had the money, and was playing Baccarat, simply showing a few accounts winning is meaningless, they could just cherry pick the accounts they want to show.
Recently there was an article about big high roller who got backed off at the Golden Nugget for winning a boatload of money. I turns out the guy was a huge loser at all the the other casinos he was playing at. He just happened to run good at the GN. They went with a better safe than sorry approach. I bet they feel really dumb now.
Edit to add: If that person played a significant amount of hands over a long period of time then I would have to believe theres a good chance they have an advantage. It would also depend on what game they are playing and what type of bet sizing they were doing. Someone could be a $10 a hand player for 99% of their time at the table , but one day they slam out a 5k bet and win. There's a good chance that guy would be ahead for the year.
