Are you saying the KewlJ is gone? Gone back to yapping uncontrollably out of a rigid doll face nursing a beer at a queer bar - but no longer here, for me to have to deal with? Hallelujah!

DrakOz, you know very well how that all started. I wanted to take a pic of my Baccarat contest ticket on just another routine day at the casino to show that I had made it past the semi-finals and I didn't want my name or player number to appear, so I took off my wrist and placed my Rolex DD 40 platinum over the ticket to shield the personal identifying info as I snapped an iPhone pic. Then, of course, AxelAss stepped in and said the watch was fake, which is because he doesn't know the real thing from his AxelAss in the ground. One thing led to another, and before you knew it I had posted some pics of some other watches by way of trying to show that YES those ARE my stacks of chips, look at my watch next to them, and even posted a video where I weighed some of them live to show that they were all genuine.

That's quite different from coming on here and boasting that I own ____ watches which believe me, I've posted even with the ten or fifteen watches that I have posted only a small portion of what I have. I don't even keep most of them at home, most, along with my casino winning cash and such are kept in a safe deposit box. Just gotta visit the vault occasionally and wind them up every now and then to keep them in good working order. As far as the pics of the chips, cash, markers, suites, etc. - that's all part of the trip report. These pics are incidental to the MDawg Adventure chronicles, not offered to prove anything other than that I was there!

You on the other hand, love to come in brag about "all the benjis" you have in your pocket. Recall that MaxPen I believe it was or maybe it was Boz called you out for that behavior and stated, quite rightly, that people with money don't talk that way.

I'm making trip reports here, and incidental to that are the pics of the winnings and accommodations. The watch thing just somewhat ballooned out of proportion it's not the main event by any means.

It is his CLAIM that he is an attorney that is damaging; he may or may not really be an attorney.

His profile says he lives in California, a state which I believe is unique in allowing two types of law schools: accredited and unaccredited.

Graduates of accredited schools can practice in any state in America; the others, the grads of unaccredited law schools, are prohibited from practicing law outside of California.

Unaccredited law schools basically suck, as do their graduating students, which I think should be obvious.

Their grads find careers as state bureaucrats if they're lucky or chasing ambulances if they're not: it's a damned shame .

Point is, pretty much any idiot with a pulse and enough money can attend law school in California, so the notion of bragging about being a California lawyer is sort of like bragging that you have two eyes and two hands.

My take: he's most likely spinning the entire tale out of whole cloth; I suspect he got expelled from community college for cheating and then went on to a career in the fast food industry, but maybe not: another hellish version involves him being the scion of a wealthy family having inherited effortless wealth and then pissing it all away in the casinos.

Whatever the truth may be we'll likely never know, and really, WGAS?

I graduated from a top law school, and went to an even higher tier undergrad (I'd say the name, one of the top universities in the country, but then you'd know too much about me), but, so what? In California one may challenge the bar without even GOING to law school. Ask Kim Kardashian, she's currently trying.

The thing about law school is that they don't teach us a whole lot specific about what we end up doing. I assume you became proficient at family law through years of practice, not through the one course in community property you took in law school. And they certainly don't have a class in law schools teaching about where students will or will not be able to take the bar, or what it might take to appear pro hac vice, other than in passing. At least I never saw such a class offered, did you? Maybe because I went to an accredited school, but still, it was never anything I even thought about.

It could be perhaps because you're older than I am, and or maybe because no one ever taught you how to write clearly, but you try too hard at times to sound erudite, my friend. You're incomprehensible at times - not on the level of Garnaby, but still. That's old school with all the "Wheretofores" the "and/or"s the "Now comes" and such. They stopped teaching that sort of thing thirty years ago I think, at least at any of the good law schools.

Its funny, he was attempting to Dox people. Then when people said something about Doxxing him he started spouting off how he was going to sue. Then someone came along and schooled him on some points an attorney should have known. Very telling.

Somewhere, many years ago, I read that there are no attorneys in Canada, and, that an attorney in the States is defined as a lawyer with a client.

I found the first part of these distinctions, but, not the second on line.

Common law lawyers in Canada are formally and properly called "barristers and solicitors", but should not be referred to as "attorneys", since that term has a different meaning in Canadian usage, being a person appointed under a power of attorney.
Every one /everyone knows it all; yet, no thing /nothing is truly known by any one /anyone. Similarly, the suckers think that they win, but, the house always wins, unless to hand out an even worse beating.
