Tipping for huge jackpots is awkward because many staff feel entitled, and will talk shit about you if you tip a few hundred bucks, as if they deserved more for handing you paperwork and a check. I'd rather tip zero than give a tip which is scoffed at. I'm not sure what I'd tip on a $1.1m jackpot, or if I'd tip at all (because of the concern that they would look down upon any reasonable tip I'd give).
