For those of who you don't know, this site was originally alanbestbuys.com, run by Alan Mendelson. In February 2016, Alan split the forum from his main website, and transferred the forum portion to me. The forum was already on my server, but up until February 2016, it was owned by Alan, and he made all administrative decisions. When he was tired of running the forum and was about to take it down, I volunteered to take it off his hands. He asked me to transfer it to a new domain, which I did.

That's how Vegas Casino Talk was born.

alanbestbuys.com, the site originally created to support Alan's infomercial TV show, still persisted. I hadn't checked it in awhile, but I know that Alan's Best Buys was still airing as of semi-recently.

Out of curiosity, I checked the domain today, and noticed that it is simply a parked page, meaning that the site is essentially down. It's possible Alan doesn't even own it anymore.

Perhaps Andrew G could shed some light on this?
