A win, then a pass line, double odds and then a come bet. Increase to two come bets on a win, then with each win increase the odds bets one unit to the max. On the inevitable seven, retire and count.
We've all been at tables where the shooter doesn't make a pass but rolls plenty of other numbers and everyone cleans up. But you would call that table cold because your single bet (pass with odds) never hits??
After two or three no decision rolls, I might be tempted to either bet a come bet or a 6/8 place. But as a matter of course, I'd be happy on the sidelines.
