Here the book on craps:
Walk by and laugh at all of the suckers playing it.
That's all you need to know.
WAIT, you said you only play a little .25 VP. Sounds like you are going down a bad path. I strongly encourage you to talk to your bosses client about the perils of gambling. If the guy is honest and willing to open up to you about his gambling history you might never visit a casino or play a VP machine ever again.
And if he is honest with you, be a sport and do something good for him. What he tells you will be some if the most valuable advice anyone is ever given. Again if he is honest with you.
Also this forum has an incredible record of him talking about getting $1000’s in Free Play at Caesars properties and much more. It’s a Greek Tragedy of epic proportions.
You seem like a good kid that found their way here to defend a client of your employers law firm. Sadly it seems you are falling into the gambling wormhole. Do yourself and your future a favor and use your education to see the math in front of you.
I’m personally rooting for you kid!
I fear he's been affected by all of the sad stories he must have read about his employer's client as contained in the client's file.
It's a sordid tale for the ages: a family tragedy of Shakespearean proportions; of love lost, such a cost; and then to have had eighteen shots at grabbing the brass ring only to wind up holding your crotch: a Las Vegas morality play, no question.
How low the once mighty have fallen.
Sort of like a redwood being milled down into toothpicks.
What, Me Worry?
I'm thinking about making the following play, which I call the "Stimulus" bet:
Place $1400 across: that's $300.00 each on 6 and 8 and $200 each on the four outside numbers.
Thanks, Joe.
What, Me Worry?
I find it hilarious how little thought was given before sending this money out. No means testing, only 2019 or 2020 income. So someone with millions of assets and made millions in 2019 could get $3200 as long as they didn’t make too much in 2020. Or the same in reverse as long as one didn’t file their 2020 return if it showed a large bump in income from 2019.
More examples of your tax dollars at work. Rewarding over 80% of the population with free money when less than 20% lost their job or had their hours cut.
Boz, in all honesty, you are right... Realistically, only the People who ACTUALLY lost their jobs due to the unexpected Shutdowns due to the Covid-19 Pandemic should have gotten Stimulus Checks. The Essential Workers like myself who work with a Pharmacy who didn't lose our jobs didn't deserve those Stimulus Checks since we didn't lose our income. Sure it's nice to have extra checks, but..... About The Stimulus Checks, I think there was a Survey saying that Essential Workers who DIDN'T lose their jobs would have preferred a 20 percent raise in each their Paychecks over the Stimulus Checks for risking their lives, which makes a lot of sense.... Doing calculations, an Essential Worker who makes about $500 every two weeks would be getting $600 every paycheck which once again makes a lot of sense as it's an extra $100 every Paycheck with the 20 percent raise.

Take comfort in the fact that no one is actually backing up his wishes to have you permanantly banned.
Smart is knowing a Tomato is a fruit.
Wise is knowing a Tomato doesn't belong in a fruit salad.
I am glad to get my full posting rights back! Thank you Dan!
I think that you are wrong and somewhat have a valid point at the same time.
I find it very difficult to be upset that the citizens got some money back this time.
My wife got a 2500 dollar return and 2000 from the stimulus payments along with a whole year of paid unemployment.
Plus she got all the extra money that they added weekly to Unemployment.
And she somehow got to double dip it pushing her into 15/16 months of 600 to 700 cash per week.
Sure that seems ridiculous but in the first place... Income Tax should of never been created or pushed onto the American People.
Let's not even get into all the funds that individual public officials divert to their friends businesses or their own bank accounts.
But let's look at all the Tax Dollars that get sent out to other countries and even countries that we don't have good relations with.
How many corporations have the citizens bailed out through tax dollars?
How many tax dollars has that been in just the last 20 years?
New York City Mayors wife can't account for 850 Million Tax Dollars and spent over 2 Billion in 5 to 6 years??
Point being... tax money is and always has been a scam.
Robin Hood knew that long ago.
This time the People got some money handed back to them.
It's no different than when some lucky person wins in a Casino.
They got no chance.
All that money will eventually end up back into the Casino's Hands.
Not to mention some of it will trickle into the Cocktail Girls, Dealers and other Servant Hands.
The game is set up for everyone to lose except for a few select individual club members.
And guess what... we aren't in the club!
The whole thing is a sea of debt and they have found a way for everyone to float awhile longer.
Eventually the whole thing will sink and most of us will drown.
People who are really worried about it should invest in gold, silver, guns, ammo and survival information.
Of course that won't do much either in the event that society breaks completely down and the food is no longer delivered to Shop n' Save or 7/11.
Whatever though... I wish the best to you and yours in Florida with what little time you have left.

Not sure how many hours you work a week or if you are PT or FT or what you make per hour. But if you are under $10 an hour the good news is Florida’s minimum wage is going up to $10 on September 30 this year.
But with the employee shortage in the service industry currently going on there is better options out there. McDonalds in the Tampa area is starting at $12-$13 an hour and is paying $50 to just show up for an interview. Easy $50 for someone with time to spend on going.
