One thing frustrated me on this Leonardo doc last nite
Subtitles
WTF
Yea I know he's Italian
Why interview Italian experts in italian???
The guy is studied in detail all over the planet
It's 500 years ago. I doubt the Italian experts know more then other experts that speak english
It's mostly in English
About 90 %
I guess the Italians speaking Italian gives the documentary more credibility in Ken Burns mind since this is his 1st documentary on a subject outside the USA
I was pretty surprised how little they discussed the Mona Lisa.
It seemed it was almost an afterthought
