Not sure where this will place me with people I counted as friends, but I’ll live either way. Or I won’t as I always said.

Hello, I am (redacted) a shareholder of your publicly traded stock, which includes casinos in Las Vegas. I have no proof these claims are legitimate or are simply internet claims. But as someone who has a vested interest in my retirement based on the performance of your stock, I feel I need to report this to your security. As a backup to any potential collusion between your security and operational staff, I am also sending a copy of this this to the Nevada Gaming Board.

I have become aware through Internet forums of an individual named (redacted) who claims to have been beating a negative expectation game at your casino at will. Again, I have no documented evidence this is true and believe this is internet claims for a reason I don’t understand. However this individual listed above has hired a well know individual Michael Shackleford to verify his claims. Mr. Shackleford is a well known gambling math expert who has UNLV qualifications. While he appears to under a non disclosure agreement with (redacted) it appears he substituted (redacted) claims and abilities to have a method to win at will from your casino in Las Vegas. Mr Shackleford appeared to claim (with no proof) (redacted) has found an advantage that allows him to win at will from your casino.

The details of which can be found at a forum Mr Shackleford is an employee of at Wizard of Vegas.com. The poster at question is perhaps (redacted). Who posts under the alias “MDawg”. But to be clear again, I have no proof of this and personally believe this is typical internet boasting. But as the claim appear to be a risk to shareholders such as myself, I feel it needs investigation.

This individual listed above claims to be winning at will from your casino, which is defying the math I based my investment in your stock on. Which leads one to believe there is possible collusion between your staff and (redacted). As the same individual claims to be staying at your casino as an invited guest for weeks at a time, I would assume this would warrant an investigation into the potential value of this client.

As stated before I have no clue of the validity of these claims. But as I realize your casino properties in Las Vegas have banned slot players who have been found to have played slot machines that were perhaps a positive situation regards of the affect over on overall return, I feel these claims deserve an investigation. Adding in claims of of winning 51 of 52 times while being treated as a valuable guest, the opportunity for collusion is obviously there based on math.

While I hope this situation is nothing more than claims from the internet, I feel the involvement of Mr Shackleford deserves further investigation. I hope you agree and find there was no risk to shareholders here.
