Whorehouse opens at Plaza Hotel

I mean "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" Show is opening at The Plaza this Saturday. The headline got your attention, I bet.

I've been watching the transformation of downtown... the Plaza is taking big steps with its remodel, new restaurants, and now its attempt to have a show. But I still think the key is having a current headliner.

I'm not sure a revival of The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" is going to grab an audience?

I hope it does well. I'm not sure it fits the bill for downtown headliner, but I'm not sure it doesn't, either. They could have done worse.

I'm going to guess that the female cast will be wearing the skimpiest of outfits in this show. That's the only way to make it "work." After all, it is an old show. And only a female cast in skimpy outfits could attract a young audience, and I'm not sure an older audience would want to see it again.
