You are correct MisterV and I thank you for saying that, but being "a nice guy" only results in being bullied and trolled on this forum, so I am trying my best to be a dick, as uncharacteristic as that is for me.
You two need to get a room.

    Aw, someone is jealous.

Someone who said he blocked me.

But that's fine, I know how to handle liars.

    Quick Update on the Remodel.
    All New Uponor Pipe Installed.
    Price was $5800
They left about 20-25 large size holes all over the place in the drywall.
Of course they don't clean up as they are not a cleaning company.
I'll be busy getting rid of all this drywall dust off of everything for a day or so.
Next Step is to get at least one bathroom remodeled asap.
    Get these damn holes repaired.
    The Nightmare Continues.

I worked construction in Atlanta one summer during college, building condos.

The sheet rockers were complete assholes; they shit and pissed in buckets and left it for others to clean up.

Sheet rockers are notorious for camping in the house they are currently sheet rocking. When the sheet rock goes in is about the time the electricity is turned on. Some rockers go the homeless route and take advantage of the situation to live rent free.

Too late now, but hire the painters first, then have them recommend the sheet-rockers.

With all the issues perhaps you should consider an accidental fire. I know there is a term for it but I think it falls under being unacceptable here.

    Still remodeling.
Finished up patching 23 large holes in my drywall.
Getting ready to attempt to blend in the knock down texture.
After that I get to install the shower valve and build a shower floor... fun.

    You're paranoid.

Had you mentioned the term, you'd have the same odds of getting nuked as you would getting hit by Jewish lightning.

Finally got back on this bathroom today and put up some wall tile. Gonna get the two shower wing walls done tomorrow provided I don't get lazy.

If I never see another tile spacer in my life that would be fine with me.

And where are the self levelers?

Self levelers are a gimmick someone came up with not long ago for the DIY crowd. I have never used them. My eyeballs still work.

Finally finished the bathroom project. Had to wait about a month or so to get a special order door in at Lowe's due to shortages and shipping crisis. Didn't want standard height because I hate ducking to get in and out of a shower.

    Very nice!

My younger brother has been in charge of maintenance for a development of townhomes, mainly senior residents. He's been doing this kind of thing on a high volume level for years.

I think Blackhole may have been right to some degree. Recently a slot attendant mentioned he made $60,000 a year. A lot of successful APs work 80-100 hours a week at times with no life at all.
