Try to understand this. Really try.
There was nothing in the original post related to the "double up bug." It was simply information from an article from a paper you claimed to work for Mr Singer.

I didn't raise the issue of its application to the double up bug. I just happened to pick a figure most of us are familiar with... $1.5 million.

If Caesars Palace with it's high limit slot area has a double up limit of $4000 I find it hard to believe Harrah's which lacks as many high limit machines would allow $8000 but don't worry... I'm going to call and find out.

You wrote Mr Singer:

"The machine menu when opened up gives info on the last few hands as well as lots of statistical information, but it does not identify the denomination played."

Correct. The data does not record individual plays but if the data shows coin in matching overall play at the $1 level but payouts at the $5 level clearly it would send up a red flag.

Mr Kewlj's point is valid.

Try to understand. Try.
