I have all of the respect in the world for Mr. Walters, but he has been a bit of a self promoter, so let me ask: Was that from a Billy Walters interview? If so, which interview? Or was it from a book? Which book? Who was the author, and how did the author know? Did Mr. Walters tell him? I know people walked away from the CBS interview perhaps buying this storyline, but if you read between the lines, you get a different take. So I'm not going to argue with you directly. I'll just ask you for your source, because I think your source is going to be less than completely credible.

Mr. Walters and the Computer Group were hot as Chernobyl for a couple of years, but then they expanded what they were trying to do, and the bloom went off the rose so to speak, and he began recruiting roundtables of experts for various sports. Now that obviously implies that the original protocols were losing effectiveness.
