Not likely that any of the self-annointed anonymous Las Vegas-dwelling AP's here have visited this monstrosity because of the parking fee ( ) but my wife and I took a drive down there this week for a couple of nights at the Conrad--which to the minions here is their mid-level hotel room. Total charge was $621 not counting the stupid parking fee. I was comped everything at checkout so it didn't matter anyway.

I wasn't really sure what I'd find, but in the end it was VERY obvious the entire place was built to reel in as many chinks as humanly possible. They tout their "40 restaurants"....but a majority of them are Asian themed. The room's showerheads are made for the 5' slope and ignore the 6' Gringo. The same with the toilets---sit down and your knees are in your face.

My VP play got my room and stupid fees and valet parking comped, but none of our food. I put in lots of play up thru $10 and I only won $400 in the end. That's better than losing any time or day.

I expect this place to have a hot first year and to close down in 2 or 3. I have no desire to and will never return, regardless of any ensuing offers that might show up this fall. It's a beautiful place--too bad it's built mainly for Asians and not for the red, white and blue.

I haven't been in the rooms but the place didn't seem themed toward Asians at all other than maybe the Genting area. I thought it was supposed to be asian themed. Actually the whole place appears cheap modern with nothing much special.

The Wynn properties continue to blow this place out of the water in my opinion. The low ceiling in the casino is a really bad idea. Actually the whole casino is nothing special. Just a newer cleaner Southpoint. The half empty mall is weak as well. The big huge LED ball or whatever it is in the mall is retarded. As well as the paper birds hanging all over the place.

Then again, I may not be the best judge, since I don't really appreciate much of anything that is claimed to be fine and special. I appreciate a steak more at Hugo's than an A5 wagyu at some joint on the Strip that thinks they are the be all end all to dining.

Visited it last week during trip away from the East coast. I walked to it. Do local aps not have at least Pearl with MGM? Couldn't they just park at Circus Circus and walk over?

I find it interesting that several different people have spoken to pit personnel at Resorts World about this "new" chip tracking system and every time the pit personnel have made a reference about better ability to track player wagers FOR COMP PURPOSES. The very exact wording they used back in the Mindplay tracking case. Now Here is the funny part: currently they are only using it for blackjack, not roulette, craps, or carnival game. JUST BLACKJACK. I guess they are not interested in acurately tracking player wagers FOR COMP PURPOSES in these other games.

My point being....just come out and say you are tracking blackjack player wagers to identify card counters. (If only there were ways around this technology)

People keep bringing up the Kewlj faked own death thing," and Kewlj did that after he was robbed at gunpoint at his house and did it out of self preservation. He has shown remorse over the "Faked own death," thing so People should just drop it.

It might take you a bit to get there, but if you set forth with a plan you should be able to do it. Kewlj probably works harder for his money than most office people who make what he makes.

Almost EVERYTHING Blackhole states is a lie.

I have never claimed to make 100k a year (average) from card counting. I have averaged about 100k from total for my 11 years in Las Vegas. Roughtly 80% or 80k (average) is from card counting. And after a bad yeay last year that number has dropped slightly below 80k.

I also don't play the same place(s) daily as blackhole recently lied about. I have a rotation of 30 casinos at any given time. Some bigger with multiple pits almost coyunt as 2 casinos as far as opportunities to play and not see the same personnel. Add in multiple shifts and I never see the same personnel more than a couple times a month. And that is not by accident. I schedule it that way. This larger rotation of games is the whole reason I moved to Las Vegas.

Furthermore, I have the bankroll to play much larger stakes would would allow me to earn much more.....for how ever long I lasted. I have specifically designed my game plan to play levels that are well tolerated (along with short sessions) so that I can acheive some longevity. And in my 12th year in Vegas at these stakes, I would say I have done pretty well.

It won't matter that I have cleared up these things. Blackhole and guys like him will continue to lie. THAT is what they do. LIE!
